Stabbing pain mid back between shoulder blades when looking left or left and down. The wall exercises, holding 30 seconds each..... POW! No more pain looking left and down. Wow, that was easy ;) Thank You Sukie! ps: You're one cute little sucka ;)

I carried 30 boxes of floor planks (weighing about 60 - 70 lbs each from my garage to my basement. I noticed I tweaked my back about half way through but kept going. After I felt pain doing twisting motions and even if I inhaled deeply. I did that last exercise without any weight and when I got up off the floor my pain went from a 5 ( with trouble twisting ) to a 1.5 only feeling minor pain when I twist. Look no further, this stuff works folks!

Why do when I do sit ups it's impossible to come up my back kills me..

It's impossible for me to say why you might be experiencing this pain without an evaluation; however, in general, I don't recommend sit ups for any of my clients.

Sit ups is not a good workout it causes damage to the spine our spine is not designed to do that type of movement over and over again so u should try other workouts like crunches and leg raises
