I don't know why no one talks about it, but it can be gallbladder issue (bile is too thick kinda) simply drinking hot water first thing in the morning and then sipping throughout the day whenever you want+ before meals can help with cholestasis or whatever it is. Some people don't feel anything but some react too good, they even need sorbents😬 like activated charcoal at the very least Might as well use mineral water or magnesium

I have used salicylic acid from ordinary in the past to clear up my acne and what I noticed on my skin was that it irritated it even more. When I started to go back to basics and just use a good cleanser, face cream and micellair water that didn't strip my skin, my skin started clearing up insanely! Now I only deal with my acne scarring, but I'm scared to try different products since so many products tend to break me out...

Exfoliate with sugar scrub. That will allow ur skin to breathe and allow a moisturizer to actually soak into the skin. Instead of moisturizer though, I apply coconut water. Drink and eat more potassium, this will help with skin moisture not plain water that can dehydrate you.

If you have folliculitis, staph and yeast can both cause your inflammation and oil to oxidize which can cause clogs in your skin. That is my current struggle. I tried many types of exfoliants, retin-a, etc and my skin is still clogged. The only thing that is helping besides antibiotics is spirolactone which reduces production of oil. I've tried many diets snd herbal remedies, but sadly my skin appears to be overly sensitive to testosterone. I hope to find out why someday, as my hormone levels were tested snd appeared with a normal range.

I got a question I used to have beautiful skin (I'm 20 btw) but as I started skincare to perfect my skin (it worsened it): so I started with Vitamin C to unify my complexion, but as I used it I saw a change in the texture of my face getting more clogged pores and stoped vitamin C to start BHA in order to have a great texture again, but what happened is that I purged and so I kept using it for about 2 months but my skin kept getting worse and now that I stopped everything but sunscreen I still have a lot of imperfection clogged pores, acne scars and pimples. And IDK what to do as salicylic acid did already destroy my beautiful skin, should I consult a dermatologist? Thank you for your response!

I read where if you try too many things or change cleansers or whatever you on your face , you can damage the skin barrier. Then that's a whole other big problem. I changed cleansers like 3 times and everything got worse. So I stayed with one and let it heal ? Now I am trying to find out how to keep the skin unclothed. Seems like tiny little pores are all clogged bad. No white heads but maybe blackheads but not really that either. Idk. Haven't been to a dermatologist. Sorry I posted this here, just had to say it before I didn't. This is interesting info on here.

Hey Cassandra, i know you are in school to become a dermatologist, do you know any diet that would help serious eczema flare ups?
@CassandraBankson5 жыл бұрын
Hey beauty! Just to clarify I still have a long way to go and I am not accredited to give medical advice, but I am always happy to share my experience and opinions, or explore research and cutting edge science with others. From my understanding of the literature, eczema is a genetic skin condition, and although products and lifestyle changes can help, there is no known cure for it. Many people have seen positive results from prescription creams, and some like to use alternative over-the-counter options such as hydrating ceramides, exfoliating retinal‘s, or some CBD infused products which might help with pain (I believe they work on the 5-HT1A receptors). Outside of products, there are some people who have noticed improvements and eczema if they stop eating eggs, and there have been some people who say that stress can cause flareups for them. Again, don’t take my word for it, please do your own research and speak to other professionals, but I hope that some of these ideas give you a place to start! Love you and it’s a pleasure to have you as part of this beautiful butterfly family!

Jennifer Buchinger hey love!! Ahh I feel you on the body acne. One thing outside of products to look into, is do you work out or sweat a lot? Are you wearing fabrics that keep oyster a trap to your body? Sometimes these can cause body acne. Also, I found that I unconsciously pick it my skin on my back when I am stressed! Is this something you do as well? For products there is also a really good salicylic acid spray from your ad! I would highly recommend that one too

Cassandra Bankson yes! I do workout everyday actually and I lift heavy so the sweating is a lot lol. I use witch hazel wipes to get the sweat off after I workout, I do personal training at the gym in the morning and after I get done with my workout I have to clean the gym up before I get to leave so I have to kinda sit in my spandex and sports bra for a bit.. and that’s defiantly is a cause of my acne.. but I wear a lose crop tank top and I still get acne on my shoulders and low back the most! And yes I pick my skin a lot when I’m stressed that’s defiantly my biggest issue I’ll catch myself and stop right when I realize what I’m doing. But all I ever use for my back is witch hazel and I really wanted to try the spray you talked about! I’ve been trying to stress less, and drink more water and stop picking which has been helping. Just wanted a good body wash or spray:)♥️ (sorry for the novel lol) 😂

Love these videos! Could you do one on in reference to ph level and skin! Been binge watching your videos. I tried the dr bronners soap and it dod not work my skin or my body, my skin hates it as well and dr bronners don't sell as well in sweden as in other countries, yes we are all different but my hair however loves it and it builds up oil so fast you can't imagine. I think however it is due to a major difference in harshness of water, I live in a medium area, after watching your videos I started to read labels about ph level and saw correlation in regards to my skin, no perfect equilibrium though just two extremes of the spectrum ( high ph, very dry low ph very oily). It would be great if you would do a video on how ph effects the skin and if you have any theories!
