Thanks for a great episode! Also, what an inspiring story of a partially paralized person doing triathlon! ❤ The 10% rule sure is at times difficult to follow: I've recently been doing 7-8k runs, and last week decided to do a 10k. Got carried away and did 15K - unsurprisingly, got a ankle injury. Now I only do a light ParkRun on Saturdays and more swimming, until ankle recovers fully. Also remembered Manon from GCN breaking a bone in foot when she got too enthusiastic with running 😢 That 10% rule sure is was devised from many a injured ankles 😅

James, to AstroT's question; I would do a 12.5/7.5 split.....just my 2cents.
