Very little water so that it is compressed and can not move. 60x objective.

Omg, after years of studying biology for many years i finally understand how these things do what they do. Secondary school: they control water flow in the cell University: they fill up with water to control water content in the cell Me: where does it go... Random teacher on the internet: they pump water out the cell. Me: FINALLY!
