I didn't even think about the cargo plate tripping me up. That would definitely be a situation that ended with my neighbors telling a TV News crew, "He was a GOOD man! I don't know what made him snap!" . . . it's good you can take it off!

As for the router table modification, it depends how you would do it. I am way too cheap to buy a dedicated router for a table and an insert to go with. So I Just cut a hole in 10 mil plywood, attached a trim router base from underneath, made a small fence and called it a day. Mine was just a sheet that overhangs my bench and attaches to it via dogholes, with overhang having a small frame to support the plywood. So this table might work for a router, but I agree with you that trying to attach a router insert to it might be a bit too much.

Dolly/truck/hand cart?.? Nope..we call them “sack-trucks” cos in warehousing/storage depots/docks etc the main use is moving industrial quantities of sack stored goods. Obviously some trades use them for their specific needs…a builder might use one to move paving slabs, a garage/repair shop might use one to move vehicle batteries etc, but in UK…it’s a sack truck. It is a neat unit and being multipurpose saves space…I’m sure it could be adapted with jigs for all sorts of purposes. My only quip would be it looks rather weighty, especially if you are lifting it into a van or pick up.👍

Greatl review. My only gripe about the wheels isn't the size, it's just that a good dolly has real rubber inflated tires to travel over rough ground or up and down stairs. But it looks like a very cool tool.

I have a V8 handtruck that is similar in that it works traditionally or can be opened into a four wheel flat bed. While that table top is very nice, it probably adds some weight that would not be real nass like when hauling 5 full file boxes down 19 steps to the basement, or worse, up 19 steps from the basement. Also, that thick front plate won't slide under a stack of boxes. In other words, UPS and FedEx ain't gonna use it. The price is in line with a good 427 cu. in. handtruck. I think I paid about $150 for mine without the table top or the other options. Being able to attach that vacuum is real nass like!! THANKS for the video Clint. Have a great week!!

My situation is that, on occasion, I need a Hand Dolly/Dolly Cart/whatever, and occasionally I need a project worksurface. I think this would be great in my case. Sort of a Jack-of-Two-Trades, King of none. That's fine by me. Jack level quality is fine when it would only be used once in a while. I also like the longer worksurface due to it also being the dolly backer. Stows nicely, also. As for the wheels...either get a dedicated "King quality" dolly or maybe there's a way to DIY some inflatable after-market wheels.

Looks cool and is a great idea. However, I don't know if the same supplier manufactures them because the main frame looks identical. But all of these foldable saw tables/stands have the same problem: they break at the tube bend that forms the cargo plate due to fatigue failure. Delta addressed the issue by welding a support onto theirs. My Ridgid folding bench broke in this spot. A different brand's floor model at a store I visited was also broken at the same spot.

Nice tool! I could also see an insert with a mounted bladeguard for adding a cordless, Ryobi circular saw and a moveable, simple fence with 'T' square clamped to the table.

Sweet, I like 🎉 this Reeeooobie thing invention from a Rigid miter saw stand. As for a router plate attachment thingamabob, no problem. Cut out your router plate, and underneath, add 3/8” or 1/2” frame to beef it up, and you can use a trim router to save space. Reverse engineer the plate opening and use existing plate holes to put the surface back on. As a trim router and plate lift out all in one, being small and not intrusive. That slightly beefed up area underneath should not interfere with using your two wheel dolly-lift-truck-cart whatchamacallit being centrally located. Add a spot for a clamp on vise, add some dog holes, turning this thing into a portable outside work bench. Hmmm, a cup and glasses and dust mask holder…. Or maybe🤔 thinks…. Though, if you build it, they will come, or be copied. Oh, I am glad, it is not painted green, as it would clash with my blue tools. Snarks at red and yellow colours. 😮😅

It cracks me up when people get butt hurt because one manufacturer makes something and competitors copy (and maybe even improve on) it.! Anyone remember 30 years ago when Hitachi brought out the first sliding miter saw ? Everyone copied it and now I don't even see Hitachi saws any more. If someone has a patient then fine, let them fight it out in court. When was the last time you heard about a little guy that got a patient and when they tried to enforce it against a big company they got anywhere against the corporate lawyers?

I would like to know how high it sits off the floor. Also, how is the top attached? In the video, it looks to me like it's connected with some screws through brackets around the tubes. You could probably make your own router top, use threaded inserts to attach tops to, and change between the original and the router top or whatever kind of configuration you want. I'm just trying to imagine the possibilities.

The hand truck nose (sometimes called the skid) has a limited usefulness. You want that to be fairly thin so you can skid it up underneath your package. With a normal nose, you only need to lean your package a little. With this, you have to put some leverage on your package to get under it. If you're just stacking boxes, it's probably OK. As a bench, there is not enough side-to-side cross bracing. It looks like it will rack too easily. I'm very indoctrinated into the Ryobi-not-Reeobi ecosphere, but this one is not for me.

I like it. Perhaps they will make a hinge for the bottom plate so it can be folded away when it’s in table mode. Of course that would increase the cost but other than that I think it’s a great idea. As for router table option, could a person just attach a thicker board. If they are willing to cut a hole in the existing board I’m sure they wouldn’t be against changing the board for another. 🤷‍♂️

Seems like some interchangeable benchtops would be simple to make and relatively easy to swap out without interfering with the setup/takedown mechanism. Make yourself a router table top, table saw top, spindle sander/shaper top and switch as needed. Paint it red if ya be feelin' a little wussy .

Hmmm, MFT Top and 2040 Aluminum extrusion on the side for a DashBoard? Systainer clips on the cargo plate?

I love it. Cool tool gadget. Is the table top level? Looks like you can iron clothes on it too. FYI, not a big deal; “everyone” is misspelled in your thumbnail. Thanks for the good video.

What about using it as a table saw stand? More specifically the Ryobi battery powered one?
