While Fred Vasseur is in charge at the moment, things aren't going better. So I think Team Principle was never the problem then or now. Main issues I see are race engineer Xavi for Leclerc and whole Ferrari development team. It's right that team is laid back too much due to past success, that is not going back with the mentality right they have right now

Because the team principal/manager builds, repairs and tunes the car., right ? What the team manager does, is throw money or manpower at a problem, and then they fix it. He has gotten lucky that there were competent enough people at the job sites he was boss at, plus that he didn't screw the company over by splitting already working teams up, like most CEO's or managers do when they start.
