Why FIFA Is So OBSESSED with MESSI

Thing is, in every sport, someone has to be the poster boy. In the last 15 years, FIFA and UEFA were fortunate to have two poster boys. Messi and Ronaldo, both incredible and respectful athletes and men. Both UEFA and FIFA need only look to establish the quality of their brands by using either of the players. While UEFA will naturally celebrate Ronaldo more because has more UCLs, Messi will naturally be celebrated more by FIFA. For those who, from the beginning, said to just watch and appreciate both rather than constantly compare... they were right. Both have great qualities, but both are also human beings with their own flaws. I will always like Messi as a player more, but that is not at the expense of Cristiano's greatness.

Although I like Ronaldo more. I still loved Messi. People created a fake rivalry and assumed they were enemies. When they both respect each other. They completely changed the last generation yet people will be like oh Messi this, Ronaldo that. I’m happy there are actual football fans and not those who hype up pointless rivalry

FIFA being "obsessed with Messi" is probably the biggest myth by Ronaldo fans and Messi haters. Messi deserved every single award he has been given by FIFA without a doubt

@@dikshadhawan2047 Nobody is obsessed about anyone, at least not us. We're simply pointing out a clear bias. A clear "obsession" to award Messi with unearned Ballon D'ors to ensure he has more of them than CR7. It's the Messi fanboys who happened to have been allowed to vote as journalists, editors, etc. I've talked to so many Messi fanboys who severed their connections to reality, and say for example that "Messi should have won a Ballon D'or every single year he had played - no matter the form or accomplishments." I only wish that voters were more reasonable, especially as it pertains to Messi. We'd likely have Messi and CR have an equal amount of Ballon D'ors, and that would have been a more accurate representation of their careers.

Yeah, I will never understand FIFA and the Messi fanboys. Giving Messi trophies for having an average season by anyones standards. The last time Messi won CL was in 2015. And count how many times Messi won Ballon D'or since. Its a disgrace. Each of years Messi picked a ballon dor after, the actually best player of that year was screwed. By giving the awards to Messi for nothing, they made thise awards meaningless because he won it not for his performance but from having a lot of fanboys who vote blindly

I have seen your other videos, you were producing masterclasses of videos, just to see this disappointing, dysfunctional, disrespectful video you have made. It's honestly unnecessary. I've now been made to notice that you intentionally remove Messi from your video of 7 heavenly virtues, in places were he had a stronger case to represent a virtue than some whom you used. All this is unnecessary honestly. I say this with respect. You'll lose subscribers for nothing. I myself wanted to unsubscribe, but I change my mind, won't judge you based on one bad video.
