Amazing content, thank you. I've been having eating more plant-based. I also have watermelon and smoothies one or two days per week and it has been eye-opening. I can feel how these things cleanse my body and improve digestion. The next challenge will be continuing to transition to more fruit and veg while building strength and a little size (mostly weighted calisthenics.) I will definitely be booking a call with you bro. 🎉 This is rare information and also outstanding. People frown upon raw veganism, espcially when it's predominantly fruitarian based, but that's 'cause ppl. aren't doing raw correctly. Fusing this with the hyper-nourishing protocol by Dr. Goldner is optimal. I can't wait to start training in the gym! Thank you so much for posting this video!

Any others?

I understand these points but in my personal experience and opinion it's very hard to sustain muscle mass on heavy fruit diets. Without mineral and protein rich foods most people will tend to become very lean and underweight. It's possible but not with fruit but with other types of foods ad proper supplements like creatine, pea protein, lentil sprouts and soaked nuts and seeds
@TribeByNoire3 ай бұрын
I'm not saying to avoid any of the other foods you mentioned, but when your ratio of fruits to everything else is a 4:1 or 5:1 ratio, the results are wild.

This is fascinating. I’ve been vegan for three years but nothing close to raw. I’m asking these questions because I’m genuinely curious because I love the idea of eating loads of fruits and throwing my protein powders away, but aren’t certain nutrients like calcium difficult to obtain through fruit alone? Or is there another mechanism by which you’re getting plenty of calcium?
@TribeByNoireАй бұрын
I don't think you should swear off any food that isn't fruit. Protein powders can be really beneficial and other foods too. Having a diet that is mostly fruit by weight and volume yields phenominal results. We don't need much calcium, because the plantbased diet is really good at preserving the calcium structures already in the body. Good questions though, I appreciate you tuning in.

ok but when I had lots of fruits 2 times morning and afternoon I almost fainted because of sugar rush..now I understand glycation is real...too much sugar any form including fruit sugar is very bad for longevity...if this was best source all atheletes or bodybuilding or mma or wrestling people would have already fruitarians but that is not the story...this is inaccurate information and I am really tired of these fringe community inaccurate videos...show the real science with thriving performance based athletes doing this...I know fruits in limited qty like 1 or 2 oranges for snack or an apple is good but whole day fruits is pure glycation from my exp. and it ages you faster...if this was really great how come not a single Olympian or ifbb pro is fruitarian or they do not know a thing called fruit???
@antoniovalentine93883 ай бұрын
Body builders are human walking talking body dysmorphic (unnatural). Eating species specific diet (fruit) places you back in your natural state of being. After all those steroids body builders are weak and faint too because their organs are weak from abuse. As well as people that start eating fruit high sugar fiber and water for the first time your organs are weak from being overworked by cooked food. Start by juicing vegetables then until you build up your organs it could take months of a juice fast just to start you’re not going to reverse years of damage by switching to fruits overnight be realistic and stop thinking this is a microwave shortcut
@angelocarantino48033 ай бұрын
So firstly, you need fiber, so don't just eat fruit. Second, this tired argument is null and void, ifbb pros are not the standard to look too for diet advice, that's partially a genetic fallacy and partially a courtiers reply. Third, you didn't present the science or provide an actual counter argument, you just called it fringe and incorrect. Could you formulate specifically what your argument is against this type of diet?

You body is already made up of 70% of water and on top of that atleast 80% of your health is tied to your gut health. Like the creator of the video stated fruits are easily digestible
@kyntyr54742 ай бұрын
@@charlesgolden5612 Brother, fruits and plants are not easily digestible, they are easily expellable; humans literally cannot break down fibres so we expel them in larger quantities. Just because something is 50% water, and the rest is fibre and sugar doesn't mean your digesting it properly.
@TribeByNoire2 ай бұрын
@kyntyr5474 the fiber and water content literally improves digestion. Also, when you get a chance, look up what the word digestion means. Then take some time to read about what the role of fiber is in that process. That should clear things up for you.
