Online companies are getting too comfortable with taking the customers money and not providing good customer service experiences. They have not learned that seasons change and shopping trends can change quickly if you don’t humble yourself and appreciate your customers.

Same. Aside from Uber/UberEats(occasionally), InstaCart, I don't really dig ordering products from online 100% of times. I would take the mall over online deliveries anyday.

I like in person and online, but nothing beats in person shopping and socializing. Those porch pirates are not helping either. I hate waiting for things to arrive too.
