HOLY SHIT. This blew my mind. She just thought me segmentation and positioning in a few simple steps. It gave me all the answers to a problem where I am stuck now. The main is "Focus dumbass!"))) Need to memorize and apply this technique: 1. My tool vs substitutions 2. What value it provides. 3. Who appreciates these values and why 4. Niche with right revenues. 5. Focus. Great guest.
