Group B ended due to fatalities and safety concerns, not any specific vehicle.

Group B was destroyed, in my opinion, by the insane crowds that flooded the roads, often inches from speeding, barely in control cars. The RS200 that plunged into a crowd did so after the driver dodged to avoid hitting a fan that wasn't giving way quickly enough. It ended the RS200 and the lives of four innocent people. It still makes me sick to think about it.
