As a woman, I can confirm we are all so so tired of men introducing themselves to us and being flirty and NOTHING coming out of it. They never just say "Would you like to go on a date with me?". Any 'friendship ' you think you have is lost the moment you start paying special attention to eachother bc as the guy in this video says women KNOW almost immediately if you like us - so you either step up and ask to be more or you leave her alone completely. When men hesitate, it messes with women's emotions wondering why we haven't been asked out yet. We feel played, like you don't want to take us seriously.

I always do this when I sense that I'm not getting the enthusiastic energy i expect back in return. By enthusiastic energy i mean you should not be hesitant to ask for it yourself

Great video literally in the exact same situation she is ignoring me coldly no eye contact, less proximity says hi occasionally and looks down at the floor every time I want to say hey such and such I’ve noticed you’ve been a bit distant lately is everything all good and then ask if she’s single is that a good idea given the coldness?

Thank you! I definitely wouldn’t ask is everything good; but if it were me I would maybe joke around with her the next time you see her like that. Maybe just ask how your shoes look or how the floor is looking? Something lame but just joking and see if she laughs. No matter her reaction, you’re indifferent and playful. But if it’s somebody you like, don’t ask if she has a boyfriend, ask her out if you want (drinks after work sometime, etc) and if she tells you she has a boyfriend that’s fine, tell her he’s a lucky guy, and act unbothered and the same. Basically, you could take it or leave it :)
