I was diagnosed with heart failure in January 2023 and it was really scaring, I had the same symptoms you've described. I am now on meds and my life has pretty much gone back to normal. Mine was caused by stress and counseling helped. You will be OK, don't think about it too much. Your bro was right, it starts from your mindset. Live one day at a time, that's what I am doing.

Anyone can develop a hear problem. Some people, especially in Africa, are born with heart problems but take time to be noticed. They no need to ask how you got it from no where. May God come through for you because most of the heart problems can be corrected nowadays. The only thing needed is cash. Hugs
