Sorry about your nightmare in Ethiopia my brother. It happens to the best of us. Before blogging became a fad, I owned an expensive Olympus 300 camera with a zoom lens. it was an eye -catcher. I was travelling to Nigeria from the US, via Rome. Would you believe that the casual Italian Constabulary pulled me out of a crowd to question me about my travels. It was very irritating and I was traveling with a US passport. That was all because I was a black man, wearing expensive track suit, with expensive basketball shoes, and carrying an expensive camera. Oh, I forgot! I was wearing dreadlocks also, before locks became the vogue. You just need to have your wits about it, and know that a lot of people are envious of Nigerians, regardless of their profession. Just pick yourself up and keep on trucking. You're just one of a kind, and no one can stop that.

@Tayo Aina...... so sorry Brother mi.. this video truly touched me and I felt really bad.... but just like you said... you still find the inner strength and courage to film Ethiopia and say nice things and also affirm that not every one is bad based on your country of origin.... I have been to over 14 African countries including Addis Abeba in Ethiopia and so many other countries around the entire globe with my Nigerian passport , no one had ever harrased me coming into the country, transiting and leaving the country. In South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, etc.... I have never been called aside in my 18 years travel experiences round the world. So please do not be angry, we enjoy your content, thank you for a balanced story and sure the bad eggs will be removed because I am a Nigerian and I must say the truth Ethiopia is a fantastic country with awesome people. They are kind, gentle and warm. From taxi driver to hotel, the street and every where I visited, I really had fun. God bless Bro.

Sorry for your nightmare bro.As a Zimbabwean who lives in the West I have been through my share of dramas with Airport customs. LAX Airport in Amerikkka was my worst experience. When I was in transit in Dubai,I was stopped for a random check, they grabbed by stomach and started pressing me hard looking for drugs, I thought X-ray machines are for that purpose. I was also stripped searched on my way back from Russia, they accused me of doing something illegal, even though I had visas, photos and details of my work etc.Sometimes they have incompetent Airport staff who become too absorbed with their jobs, hence they dehumanize travelers,it happens a lot in the West too.But Africa needs to do better,we must treat each other better.

Also I’m a South African in the west and my worst experience was in my own country 😅. I flew from Brazil back to Johannesburg and they searched me and wanted me to pay them for anything I bought overseas. they don't have to apologize for anything. it wasn't them doing that. go seek apologies from boko haram. focus on REAL issues plaguing your country

I'm sorry you had to go through these things.. I love your contents. I sincerely had plans on visiting some of these countries you mentioned on vacation with my family. Thanks for putting out this video. I might have to rethink. Can't watch my family go through such humiliation. Good luck to you bro, and may the good lord continue to protect you. 🙏
