Bhai sidhi baat yeh hai ki , sab jagah apne challenges hai govt me bhi and pvt me bhi agar Paisa kamana hai to private me jao aur agar thoda work life balance dekna hai to govt me jao lekin it depends on sectors to sector kyu ki ajkal bank khne ko govt hai lekin khoon chus the hai same private me apko shark ban na padta hai kyu ki agar ap nhi ladoge to dusra apko replace krdega Only one main benefit is job security which is only provided by govt and that is the biggest mind relief for the life
