If you cant find time for neck training, do it as active rest during your heavy lifts. Neck and forearms are perfect for active rest exercises.

Hi, do you have a video on your channel where you go over some neck exercises? I want to know which ones i can do with only my body weight or plates, how to do them etc.

Should heavy reps be avoided with neck isolations? Like stay within 10-20 reps or more and not go lower for safety purposes?

Im sure you can do low rep sets HOWEVER these sets would have to be far from failure.

Its all true what you beside the point that wont grow that fast my neck is my most dominant body part and i dont even take it that serieus after 1,5years training neck my neck grew littarly bigger than my head (and the funny part im like an intermediate lifter so i look stronger than i actualy am)

Quem não treina pescoço fica igual um dinossauro... Corpo enorme, pescoço fino. Uma vergonha. Totalmente desproporcional. Treinar pescoço é fundamental, tanto pela estética como pela necessidade de se proteger uma das principais áreas do nosso corpo.
