It's really good to see you again! Don't be ashamed of the way you look. You're not alone in what you've been going through. I started anxiety and depression meds and gained about 80 pounds. It has been a real struggle trying to stay consistent with exercise and eating better. Maybe we should be accountability partners?? :) Anyway... just be yourself. You have plenty of people that care about you and are excited to see you. As long as you are working to be happy with yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks!

As far as how much a person weighs: Not many people are the same weight they were in High School, and no one looks the same at 80 as they did at 30-something to consider for the future. You actually look like you're about 20 or 21. Skinny or beefy, you still look great.

I went through something very similar. Everything was kind of getting out of control in my life and my way to cope was to start drinking and eating too much. I gained 70 lbs from not taking care of myself. I lost all motivation to even try. I felt like i was going crazy and it scared me so I switched doctors and he prescribed bupropion for depression. Almost immediate improvement. He also did a full blood work up and found out that my testosterone level was super low, estrogen high, insulin resistance super high, vitamin D and magnesium was low. All these issues led directly to all the symptoms i was having. No matter what i tried nothing worked until after this. I was relieved to find out it was all just a very “fixable” physical thing. In 6 months i feel better than i have in 15 years after he started me on simple treatment and changed my diet, stopped smoking and cut way down on drinking. Depression gone, weight coming down, self confidence returning, and i can finally feel love and peace again after being numb, angry and sad for so long. Maybe you need to check your bloodwork. Just saying.

Man it's so good to see you I've missed your videos I've followed you for several years now I too was diagnosed with anxiety and depression I've been off the meds for about a year now so I can sympathize with what you're going through don't be so self-conscious about your weight if people don't want to be around you because of that you don't need them in your life I've struggled with my weight about 4 years ago I weighed 370 I'm now down to 220 I walk a mile every morning and a mile every afternoon I eat healthier and I feel so much better You look great man I wish you all the best and hope to see more videos Good luck on your journey and god bless you ❤️

Like everyone else said, no need for apologies about neither your recent changes or the frequency of social media postings. People who are still here are still here just because they admire and appreciate you for who you are, regardless of your physical state or mental state. Mental health and emotional well being is very important. I have gone through similar things as you, so I completely understand. No matter how much you go to the gym or work out is going to fix anything till you get your head and heart in the right place. It took me over a year and half to get over severe heartbreak. Was hard to trust anyone, was hard to love, was hard to do anything really including work but over time things will get better if you get over that hump. Everyone’s recovery time is different and I hope you’re doing great now. In terms of how you look now compared to before, I think you’re very handsome now and you should do whatever makes you happy. If you want to me thinner do it, if not, there are plenty of people that will find you even more attractive now. In the end, do whatever makes you feel your best and don’t let others tell you otherwise. 😊. Oh and keep smiling, it’s a good look on you!

Glad to see your video. I learned myself to stop focusing inwardly if you want to move forward. Truthfully, most people care more about themselves and how they look than they do about you. It really sucks to loose someone special in your life and it takes time to move on.
