"My feelings are feedback." "An unmet need feels like pain, ache, uncomfortable." So good.

I related to what you said about anger. Sometimes I feel like the only time I take my feelings seriously is when I'm angry.

As a fearful avoidant I loveeee when you tell personal stories about the things you said to yourself constantly in your head. Most of these are things I tell myself all the time or used to tell myself quite a lot but working through it and realizing it's not that uncommon and I can change the narrative. You are very helpful. We (fearful avoidants) appreciate you!

thanks for sharing, Thais. really putting the Personal in PDS with this one, and i think it helps to hear about how the information you share comes from the place of application to your own journey, and not simply academic information. makes me really thankful that i found your channel, and how much it has helped me.

Dreaming of being on the other side of this where healing feels less fragile. Largely in that fragile state so it felt good to know that I’m not alone and that feeling is normal and that it won’t feel fragile forever.

Thaaaiisssss thank you SO SO SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING, GAL ❤️ You certainly have a clue of the kind of impact you're making on people! I am really struggling through this and other issues in my life currently while you're putting exactly the content that I can relate to the most right now/need right now. Thanks thanks thanks. Can't thank you enough ever. Wish your videos had millions of views as they deserve to have. But unfortunately, mental health and such discussions are far from reality for most of the people. We all really need to work for making more & more people aware of these most important things. ❤️

All I can say is I am so so thankful to have found Thais and PDS. I stumbled upon the channel when I was 24 and was desperate for answers. I couldn’t imagine going through the rest of my life with all the burdens I was carrying as an FA. I’m so thankful Thais has decided to share all that she’s learned - I’m sure it’s also based in her own needs for personal development and contribution but she didn’t have to make it accessible like this. It’s benefitted me so much & I am just so, so thankful. 💗

This was exactly what I needed to hear, especially your ''rant'' at the end. I'm two years into my healing journey and a couple of months ago I took a huge step back and it really has brought up a lot of stories of this will never end and I will never be able to get out of this, so hearing you say that it is possible and that you did it too gives me so much hope. I'll be going back to this video when I'm deep into those stories. Thanks so much Thais

You are so AMAZING Thais . Your journey shows how fragile we are as humans and how everything needs to be in balance . You have given me a whole new life with the information you have not kept to yourself but shared with the world . It has literally been life changing. I really don’t know how I have made it this far . But with PDS I feel so much better even tho I am still a work in progress. In all the 7 areas of life I am becoming more more regulated and so much more of a healthy version of my true self . May you be blessed for sharing all this mind blowing information. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽

Thanks for sharing this, it was helpful to know that unlearning these patterns are not linear and there would be setbacks sometimes but with consistency we can establish new patterns and a new baseline. I’d love to hear about your journey in the context of relationship patterns.

A phrase I heard once is that you have to feel it to heal it. It’s so easy to distract ourselves from our feelings, thinking the pain will just disappear, but moving into that messy space courageously brings some of the most liberating moments. I really appreciate raw videos like these

Thais I respect you and I even feel better and improvement in myself & my life after having been a member of PDS for more than two years. Having said that from my perspective you aren't taking into consideration social problems like ppl that have lived a deep poverty since the evolution of their grandparents & even before you don't take into consideration particular situations of different ppl cuz it would be impossible for you. So there will always be ppl in society that even if they do all PDS work needs, traits, values,, stories they tell they will still be a part of the precariat in society & never get out of poverty in a satisfactory world cuz they may feel better but they may not find the adequate support to get out if aces, poverty, violence etc etc they die of suicide or other. Ppl can only do the best w what they have got. If someone has INTJ parent who always does best to prioritize family security, money etc etc an ESFJ parent who feels comfortable in grouos of ppl is strict , religious whatever but all in all is integrated in society w her FE dominant that is going to be a much different influence on kids than if you have the influence of istp & isfp ppl who usually find it hard for diverse reasons to integrate into society cuz of the personal issues they themselves go thru never mind when they simply don't find the adequate help & support. It can turn ugly for ppl w\ out resources to pay attention to regulate themselves & nobody does it alone so also some luck intervenes.
