The dancing is surely awesome. Too bad it's the front for a hate-group cult. Go check out what Falun Gong is all about. The show is pretty, but the politics they fund is very ugly indeed.

This young man's message of perseverance is important. Just when I became a university Senior Lecturer in Music, became a published composer with international commissions for new compositions and had my Music featured on national television I suffered a brain haemorrhage which nearly killed me. Paralysis means I can no longer play the piano or write. Initially I pondered whether life even remained worthwhile. The answer was a resounding YES. I needed to change my perspective: instead of a creator of art I realised I could now truly immerse myself in the beauty of other people's creativity and share that enthusiasm through Music and Literature appreciation groups. Of course I occasionally hurt, thinking back on my lost career in Music, but pursuing the next stage in my life is also thrilling and nourishing. Never give up - however insuperable life's cruelest challenges might appear at first.

That's very encouraging. I suffered a brain injury just as my life was taking off. I was angry & frustrated for a long time. I lost a lot and now I am finally receiving disability. I am very grateful for that because I cannot work now and had to depend on my brother for 7 years to recover as much as I have. Then after working for about 18 years became unemployed and lived with my sister for 11 years. Now I am living on disability. They are now gone, and I am alone most of the time but try to give meaning to my life.

@lindareed8265Ай бұрын
I'm glad you never went to see it. Shen Yun is the front and money-making enterprise for a hate-group cult. They believe that your children can't go to heaven because every race has their own heaven, and there's no place for mixed people. I know people from that cult personally. They're just as nice of people as individuals of any other belief system, but they are behind a lot of the media pushing conspiracy theories in the US, have been funding anti-democratic causes like re-writing the truth about the Jan 6th insurrection, and think Trump is literally (I mean literally as in truly, not metaphorically or exaggerating) a kind of Christ figure who is meant to carry out the anti-trans and homophobic agenda because apparently that's the biggest threat to mankind. Their leader is completely insane. He claims to be able to levitate and have special knowledge of ancient cultural practices (he can't and doesn't). He brainwashes people into believing anything he says and automatically rejecting anything that contradicts that. My friend was jailed for a year in China because she was (is) a member of this religious cult. I heard these things from her and have since confirmed this information elsewhere. It's terrible that she was jailed for her beliefs. And she says she doesn't want anyone to get hurt just because they don't fit their hetero-cis ideal. But that is exactly what their money and efforts are being used for. They also reject "modern" and "Western" medicine and science. This friend had an accident and several of her front teeth got broken off/chipped - like only half of the teeth were left. She was told by her religious leaders not to get her teeth fixed by actual dentists because their "traditional" medicine (that isn't actually always traditional) could grow her teeth back - like grow a new set of teeth like when your adult teeth replace your baby teeth. She was supposed to wait for like 6 months so they could prepare the treatment or for the treatment to take effect (I can't remember now). She waited, and waited. Finally her niece asked her to just get them fixed so she would look nice in the niece's wedding photos, which she did. She walked around for several months in constant pain, always wearing a mask to hide her teeth, having trouble speaking, and risking infections because the cult is totally anti-science (except of course where it's convenient for them . They obviously have no problem with using communication technology.) Please go check this information for yourself. Talk to members of the Falun Gong group. Check out the financials and follow the money. You'll be glad you never gave them your hard-earned money.

Mr.William Li, my hat is off to you, sir.(actually off to the Holy Spirit within you) You have been through so much character development and you actually trick us into thinking of you as a young man. (You are not OLD yet...but 😎 ) I encourage you to always be obedient to God and yet to allow Him to help you define your own emerging character as a teacher, role model, and quiet leader. I also want you, Kim, and Sam to know that I appreciate the 3 Musketeers videos. Strive for honesty and excellence and don't worry about popularity. God will make you popular if He needs you for that assignment. Much Love and Respect. (By the way, I don't want to see the "depression video, but it may help some people who struggle with depression! 🤕 ) ~Craig
