So, this is my Full day of Eating on Lean Bulk, Vegetarian Diet with 200gm protein and 2800 calories.
Soo many of you wanted a Veg full day of eating video so here it is. Franky I always thought that it could be a little difficult to hit your protein goal on a pure veg diet plan but not anymore, I made sure that we hit almost 200gms of protein with 2800 Calories. Each meal in this video is budget friendly and very easy to prepare.

Meal 1:
80gm Oats
300ml Milk
1 Banana
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
Calories: 723 kcal, Carbs: 98g, Fats: 18g, Protein: 48g
Meal 2:
50g Soya Chunks
75g Paneer
3 Roti
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Calories: 766 kcal, Carbs: 77g, Fats: 30g, Protein: 54g
Meal 3:
2 Brown Bread
16g Peanut Butter
1 Banana
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
Calories: 466 kcal, Carbs: 62g, Fats: 9g, Protein: 38g
Meal 4:
50g Soya Chunks
75g Paneer
3 Roti
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Calories: 766 kcal, Carbs: 77g, Fats: 30g, Protein: 54g
TOTAL MACROS-
Calories: 2,721 kcal
Carbs: 314g
Fats: 87g
