Doc! You should try our artisanal butter(s) in Europe, specially from France and Switzerland. It is just plain delicious and so very healthy. Grass fed cows, soon these cows will march, go up to the alps, (inalp), for their summer stay. No preservatives, just very flavorful butter. Our ancestors never, ever became Alzheimer’s disease. They died of old age, different illnesses, accidents but they were ever hardly sick with Alzheimer’s and other degenerative illnesses. Our genetical pool hasn’t changed so dramatically in 60 years. Going back to healthy natural fats like butter, tallow, lard, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, are the solutions. I wish I could take you for a tour here in Switzerland where things are still done traditionally. Cheers

I’m going highfat carni as an old lady So far satiety is surprising I want plant foods (traditional keto foods like olives and lettuce/cooked greens, avocados, cucumbers, radish, etc) but have not been eating them. Just meat cheese eggs and sour cream AND butter! Also have meat broth and organs. Now gotta afford quality carni foods, esp my fats as they’re going to be vast majority of my intake. Doing 200g fat daily once I’m up to that level. Quite low in protein, just 49g daily. I’m only 5-4 and almost petite bone frame so about 130-140 GW.

According to Judy Cho (Nutrition with Judy), I think she said a person should be eating 0.8-1.0 gram of protein per lb of "ideal" bodyweight. So if your ideal weight is 130, you should technically be eating anywhere from 104-130 grams of protein. I would look her up if you're interested, and also to double check that I relayed the correct info 🙂

Doctor I did frequent water fasting and keto for 4 months and later had gallbladder stones. I know I was pushing myself too hard but now I am worried about trying fasting/keto again, what do you think? It makes sense that the sudden change to ketogenic dynamic would stress my liver and gallbladder right?
@rainicascadia5514 Жыл бұрын
I'll bet since you were keto instead of carnivore, that your stones were caused by the oxalates you ingested due to the content in keto safe vegetables. They are high in oxalates. 🏵️
@rcethervaac539 Жыл бұрын
@@rainicascadia5514 interesting, never heard about this
@RazmiWellness Жыл бұрын
You already had the stones. They were loosened and started flushing from your system on keto. The oxalates in vegetables and grains are what cause the stones. When you couple that with not eating enough fat for most of your life, your gall bladder never was properly stimulated to flush the stones before.

Yes, carbs and low fat diets cause gall stones. Eating more fat in a keto/carnivore diet will flush them out. The gallbladder needs fat to be stimulated into creating bile which then flushes the stones out.

Cholesterol is first and formost a sex hormone. Secondary it regulates other hormones as it travels from the sex organs, up the spine to the brain where it's brain food. Medications, even over the counter, castrative surgeries, hormones in the food, (in men, master bation,) and a clogged liver all will interfere with that process so it stays in the blood instead of feeding the brain.
