ArtWod, Drawabox, and Dynamic sketching classes by Peter Han are classes you should take before stuff like Schoolism, Brainstorm, CDA, CGMA etc. Those first 3 I named teaches you how to draw anything by manipulating basic 3d shapes like boxes, spheres, cones and cylinders while teaching perspective. Learning how to bend, twist, stretch, and squash those basic shapes while learning 1 to 3 point perspective, are the basis of all drawing which a lot of beginners try to skip. Schoolism and some of the other ones come afterwards when you are proficient with the fundamentals first. Most try Schoolism but don't understand that those classes are for highly intermediate to advanced almost pro level artists to level up.

Na its not that. Schoolism has a lot of beginner classes. Its just that their teaching is different. They are just simply more boring.

Is artwod only for digital artists? Or for traditional as well

You can use both! They do even have a sketchbook course.
