Why I think the ENV200 is better than the BMW I3

My i3 is the best car I've ever owned, I think the range extender ones are the nightmare really. The fully electric ones are great.

Yip have a 2015 rex , and the intermittent drive train light, comes and goes. I hate BMW but again got it as best option at the time. Now looking at other options. Was going to ask you about the issue if the drive train, I have all the codes to.

Get yourself ISTA software and a cable to scan the car. Some faults can be linked back to 12v battery. If it’s original, given car is 2015, then some HV issues are related to this. You need to register battery to the car, again via ISTA. BMW battery is around £100. Stick it on trickle charge before you fit. BMW reception desk will warn you about fitting it yourself. Disconnect HV battery, around 30 mins to fit. Did the same job two weeks ago.
