Nice and strikingly clear-cut demystifying production style and written mini-essay structure. More youtube channels need to do this.

Tips are to Look objectively at your successes, write down things you are successful at and look at reasons for the success. Assign percentage scores to how much a factor contributed. You can mistakenly assign all of your success to work but on paper, you'll realise how much it's not true. Learn to make mistakes and accept failure. You don't have to brilliant all the time but be just enough.

At 1:16 she states, “You can’t have imposter syndrome unless you’re successful,” which is totally inaccurate. I’ve dealt with imposter syndrome for the whole of my life, and it had nothing to do with achievement or success. I simply wasn’t supposed to be here. Life was an event I snuck my way into and, at any moment, I was going to be asked to show my invitation, at which point I’d be discovered to be posing as a legitimate participant. I was a person faking being me.

having imposter syndrome -> thinking you have imposter syndrome -> doubting it cause you aren’t actually talented in any way, you just “manipulated” everyone into thinking you are

I thought I might have imposter syndrome. But this video emphasizes that people with imposter syndrome are perfectionists and work hard to prove themselves worthy of attention. That ain't me. I guess I am just an imposter.

It affects different people in different ways. Sometimes the “syndrome” can make you not try as hard because you don’t believe in yourself. I came from poverty and I used to call imposter syndrome “working class mentality” saying things like “what’s the point I’ll never succeed” or “people like me never get these types of jobs” It can paralyse you because the fear of judgement is so high. I’ve started my own recruitment agency and I’m starting tomorrow. The reason I’m on this video is because I’m having doubts about my own ability to do the job, or the clients I try to win will know I’m just starting out and will judge. You are not an imposter, Infact you are not your mind or your thoughts. Believe in yourself and try to focus your mind on the now

I wish every American would watch these BBB serious, so helpful for health and mental health, Knowledge, and growth. I don’t think the United States really puts a priority for getting out of hole and becoming mor. we were once a great nation. Still pretty good with a good heart. We still have great people and unfortunately dumb people. but our system as a whole has let us down, with the GOP supporting Big business’ corporate greed, essentially owning the government, we are no now no longer. Well, allowed to Be free as long as we remain ants and not get in the way of business and government. Sorry for the rant but I really dig these BBC videos!

But if One person tried so hard and ultimately get failed to achieve the desired results. And the cycle continues for long time creating a mind shape of own that I am not a person of success or getting under confident day by day. Or fear of getting failed. In this situation how to recover from that ? @bbcideas
