I'm going to have to disagree. I mean, you said it yourself, Drake has no formal training. Indie is a literal multi medal war veteran, secret agent, and a "part-time" professor. Drake is just a lucky street fighter in comparison. Indie wins, every time.

Nathan Drake in the first game alone has killed over a thousand bad guys, mercenaries, he’s seen it all. He doesn’t take any damage unless it’s for a cutscene, he has luck as a literal super power. He’s a walking genocide all with a smile on his face. He is clearing Indy

We don't really know his formal background other than escaping the orphanage but considering in the lore he's killed extremely smart and tough people from military men, intelligence, and members of Secret Societies, etc. It's fair enough to assume he trained in some way for all this. Indy and drake/sully are the same people except they have different end goals for the treasures they get. If both are in the same situations before the ending of the games or movies, they'd team up against the real threat. It'd be amazing if the indy and uncharted team combined for a super game with both groups

I like Indiana moore but it's not really close, Nate balance somewhere between peak human and superhuman. Nate is physically much stronger, far more durable, and is a much better at using guns since he fight small armies on his own. Nate's hand to hand skills where also top tier(fighting ninja like character such as Talbot), he was a beast until the forth game where he got embarrassed by Nadine, and all of sudden Neil Druckmann decided that Chloe is a much better fighter too(she hold her own against Asav who was more skilled than Nadine), but even the nerfed Nate from forth game is still too much for Indiana. Indy is more an adventurer, a very skilled one, but he is not an one man army. Edit: I forgot about Indy's nuke and fridge scene, I changed my mind, toon force Indy for the win.
