The Edmonton Jollibee locations used spicy powder on their spicy chicken. Its so good, much better than the spiced marinade they use in the Philippines

i think Jollibee adds sugar to their chicken or maybe spices has sugar that they sprinkle on after it comes out of fryer. I definitely taste sweet, almost reminds me of the spices on lays bbq chips.
