Kenyan central govt might think this way, but turkana local residents don't, they made too much trouble ( chasing away and even kill ) to the road contractors and those skilled people who came to work from other parts of kenya. It was the way turkana people " thanks " those people who made great contribution and brought transportation convenience to their homeland. It is their this way..

No way am Turkana guy and road constructors has never been killed they respect them has government officials you got a wrong information about the Turkana people and that is why other community in kenya discriminate Turkana People . Ignorance by the government has. been part of Turkana underdevelopment but members of Turkana are welcoming and hospitable.
