Me and my friends were fighting a war over the colors of our suits, calling eachother "Greeners/greenies" and "Orangers/orangies." There was two of us in each race- I mean color. We eventually got so heated we started actively sabotaging and even killing each other. I started spraying one of the orangies with green spray paint to try and turn him into an honorary greenie, and he beat me to death with a shovel in the ship. Meanwhile the other orangie and greenie were leaving to get loot. My orangie comrade died to a turret, and the greenie brought his corpse back. She proceeded to suggest to the other orangie that they PLAY DOLL WITH OUR BODIES, so while it was dark outside and dogs could spawn any minute, they flicked the lights off, lit a candle, and sat across each other at a table and proceeded to roleplay domestic abuse with our corpses. Then they, sadly, survived and took the ship into orbit. In the next expedition, I found a landmine. The orangie who suggested they play doll with our bodies started approaching through a doorway. I said "Wait which are you? Oh you're an orangie!" as she got close enough for me to see the color of her suit. I then waited for her to walk in, stepped on the landmine, killed us both, and cost us our whole run LOL

The way you render everything posterized/cell shaded like the game but add your own twist on environments and lighting and cinematography is nothing short of breathtaking. I know it's already has been said by most people but i don't think that's it's completely appreciated enough for how good it is, this single scene lasting 2 minutes and starting at exactly 3:52 and ending at 5:49 is an absolute masterpiece. I cannot even fathom how much time, work and dedication it took as the text, scenery every single aspect of this scene is absolute genius putting together every single word being able to find a meaning in each of the words and links is just mind blowing. And i'm just talking about the surface right now, the second the music dropped 3:51 you left space to give out space to think to the audience and then continuing on with this scene, these seemingly 5 seconds were placed so well that they were able to change everything, going from a fast paced video to a theater show, a movie, a cinematic trailer, anything but a youtube video. And don't get me started on the intonation every single sentence had perfectly synced with the music, the poor quality of the voice felt gave a sentiment of desperation, abandonnement, hatred, sadness, questionning and just all of these emotions with just 2 minutes is absolute GENIUS. i could go for hours and hours about this scene and how it quickly made me understand that this video is a video so engaging that you could forget everything when i had those 5 seconds of black screen i knew i had to lock in, and prepare me for one of best if not THE best scene put into a youtube video. I just wanted to say that people may not understand but this single scene changed everything and the way it was made was absolute mastermind, and i've probably already talked too much about the same thing over and over again but i just am in admiration, i am truly proud and looking towards another video of yours. Congratulations. (English isn't my first language, sorry for poor vocabulary)

I think adding a new dungeon type would be cool. A laboratory or perhaps a nuclear fallout shelter would be neat. These could be made to appear on some of the current moons like how Rend and Dine have the mansion map. It would freshen up the game a whole ton and would make the mid tier moons more interesting.
@jermgoated Жыл бұрын
Yeah. That’s a super fucking cool idea. Much of the game has a very industrial setting, so perhaps more abandoned man made structures would be nice especially after having such outlandish buildings like the mansions (which are perfectly fine. Not a bad thing)

I love lethal company due to the forced combined effort to meet the quota. I think most gamers would agree we miss the simplicity of teamwork. Other online multiplayer may have the options to play as a team, however you don't necessarily have to work together. You can still grind hard by yourself for achievements, bragging rights, skill, views, whatever it may be so the gamer can be superior to their opponents. The lethal company keeps it simple, employees must meet the quota or resign :)

Honestly, I mistook the Crew member monologue thing for a trailer. The animations are really impressive and gives the video a unique flair. In later updates I'd like to see more planets, monsters, tools and quality of life improvements. Not sure what other planet types could be done perhaps a desolate city planet or something? More varied interior designs would be nice even though what we have now works well. I've seen plenty of cool monster ideas in mods or videos like the Mimics or stuff like the Veiled Weaver or The Stranger from Daszombes video. Tools like a hacking device or portable radar would be great for solo play. Quality of life stuff like a terminal clock or be able to view body cams on terminal would make that loop a bit more interesting since I do find terminal duty slightly boring until the dogs come out.

this was honestly an awesome video, did not expect the animations great work! One thing I think could be added is some upgrade that can show you exactly what creature is on player monitoring camera, but the creature needs to be in the bestiary first to show what it is.
@lorgon2111 Жыл бұрын
Maybe a ship upgrade that identifies individual monsters, but they each have to separately be scanned for it to work? Like if there’s three hoarding bugs inside, but you’ve only scanned two of them, the third is still an unidentified red dot on the cams. I think that would still allow for some level of uncertainty and nervousness to make itself known when the monsters haven’t been directly encountered yet while still providing the type of info you’re looking for in the end

Honestly, I'm having so much fun with what is already in the game that the only thing I really want rn is for bunkers to be more immersive through variation, basically make the outside and interiors feel connected. Like making a bunker in Vow and March have vines and other plant growth on the walls, a bunker in Dine or Rend to have heaters, or anything that makes if feel warm (or go for the opposite, like ice spikes forming on the ceilings), essentially just connect the bunkers interiors to the rest of the moon they're located at, would make it feel much more immersive, and not feel entirely like randomly generated rooms disconnected from the outside, and would decrease repetition by making bunkers visually distinct and not the same bunkers over and over again, you have to survive quite a few quotas until you get to experience the mansions so a bit more of variation through different props in the environment would already make it feel much more refreshing to explore. As for content itself, like items and enemies, I think I'm fine leaving that for Zeekerss alone to decide what's best for his game, the mimics from the current update went above and beyond any expectations I had for a mimic type of enemy.

In the earlier betas of the game, there were working elevators which were used to get around the facility areas, i really want certain moons to have these as an exclusive mechanic but i could otherwise be hard to code in, plus it could make it difficult to escape enemies considering there is a delay of having to wait but also the fact that you can potential get stuck in one, though that can be a plus of the game
@gamesounds9287 Жыл бұрын
What I'd love to see added: 1. More loot outside,for example: birds that have a nest that you could take and sell,but they attack you if ypu take it. Also a giants cave on the map with a giant inside and some loot. That way there are more choices and places to earn money and explore. 2.more type of items/rooms,for example a mic room with a mic in the building,you can get the it or communicate through that mic in the building,it just allows your sound to be heard in certain rooms,molotovs that can kill you(they take 30% of xp) but allow you to destroy turrets and mines,armored room that will take explosive/special item(like a keycard) that will be somewhere on the map to open it,or you will need to shut electricity down. Radiated room that requires special suit to loot. 3. More inside monsters! for example something like a licker from RE that will crawl on the roof and possibly grab you with its tongue,othet players can hit it to get it off(similar to flea) and you sound as you're choking while its killing you,moving turret that patrols and can sit down and scan/shoot,then continue walking(it can't open the door). 4.More outside monsters/things that can kill you,for example snakes outside that can poison you and you will die/fall asleep in 2-3hours. Monstets that dont kill you but kidnap you(you get stuck somewhere and need help to get out),for example giant spider outside that doesnt kill you but poison and web you up,hangs you in her nest... 5.more items, like a night vision camera,health kit,advanced item tracker/scanner. Body tracker, spear,water rebreather(some areas should be flooded inside as well),backpack,anti-coilhead mask. acid/radiation resistent suit(for radiated rooms i mentioned before). 6.More moons and conditions! For example acid storm,swamp with mosquitos,super freezing planets where you can't be outside for long, super heated planets where you have to stay in shade/temporary places to hide from sun,low/high gravity moons where you cant jump or jump waay high.

How the hell is this video so good for such a small youtuber? Honestly, this is a 10/10 video for me.

An idea I've had was a stopwatch scrap that tells you the time anywhere in the facility. I also think a way to heal like a medkit item or a medbay ship upgrade could be neat, but not hugely crucial. I know there was one other item I had that I liked a lot that felt like a weird missing feature, but I can't seem to remember what it was

My personal favorite thing about this game is the accuracy of landlines, only die when you step off, so you can stand on it helpless and scared not being able to to move.

I want a creature that trips you and drags you away, imagine how funny that enemy would be.

I’ve actually had the idea of tripwire hooks that only trip you I’d YOURE running to fuck with players with heavy loot lol

I just love the pure horror you get from isolation in this game. It’s funny because of the implications that most of us would die in horror movies because we act exactly like them. I’m a cosmetics kind of guy but your progression system suggestion and the mods available would probably satisfy me. I guess along with the monsters and moons that are likely going to be added in the near future, I hope we get more ways of obtaining scrap, hiverunning is such a great niche that rewards you well for taking advantage of what you are given. Maybe we can fuel the doomslayer vibes by letting you obtain scrap from collecting monster corpses after extermination?

Wicked video, hope it gets pushed by the algorithm. Edit: Minor error, you forgot to credit footage from cmc at 21:14
