Why is my DeLonghi AC flashing HL? Easy fix REVEALED!

Hello, I have this AC and literally every 30 minutes it flashes the HL error code. I can’t take it outside every time because I live on the third floor. I drain it currently about every 30 minutes when it’s running the heater. I have a second in one long in my bedroom that I have never had to drain. Do you have any idea how I can fix this? It is very frustrating to have to drain the same every 30 minutes and then wait 15 minutes for it to restart. I would appreciate any advice or help! Thank you!

Was hoping that this video was going to address this.... hella annoying problem... the only thing I can think of is draining into a reservoir.... so basically a reservoir for the reservoir.
