Never knew about the WMMS and Rush story. Digging deeper into it and it's such a crazy story. The DJ and the surviving members are still all friends to this day and that's so heart-warmingly wholesome. Excellent editing on this one. Keep it up. Another great video.

This was very interesting as a Brit who didn't know much about how rock went mainstream in the US I can think of a few great contemporary rock-adjacent artists, but they're fairly unknown, so you're probably right that it'll have to widen its scope to more loosely related genres to stay relevant
