Excellent job as usual, and thank you for the information. Phoenix and surrounding area rents run anywhere from $600-$1,000 over square footage. $2300 is actually a good price for a low maintenance house...i.e. no pool or landscaping costs. I've been in the Valley 40 years and Chandler has been growing extremely fast lately. Good luck to you on your channel. I appreciate your hard work!

This is a fairly nice house, but that price for rent is nuts. Not overly impressive, but I do like that area of Chandler. When I moved to PHX, I lived down the street along Alma School for a couple of months while my parents house was being built. It was a fairly quiet area and that Chipotle with drive thru used to be a Krispy Kreme. I used to go there once in a while pre-pandemic, but I guess they didn't as much business as before. Keep doing what you do Big Super, I enjoy these videos to keep becoming more familiar with the valley.

@ViewtifulTj2 жыл бұрын
Not sure of the cross streets but 2300 a month in chandler seems about right for the current market but man this house is small. It's probably ok for a family with 1 or 2 small child with the small rooms. I'm not so much a fan of bedrooms with hardwood when the rest of the house is tile but both surfaces look like their holding up pretty well. The owner's suite seems like it's not half bad but i wish the owners redid the bathroom. That tub seems super out of place. I would have put in a large glass shower where the tub was was interior door lead to the throne only. Obviously a renter couldn't do all that but I think it would make for a more efficient use of that narrow bathroom. The gravel in the backyard is a bummer for such a large lot. Huge loss having no grass there. The backyard storage is definitely a plus considering there's not a lot of storage in the house or garage. Overall, not a bad house. Cute but small, you'll have to get creative with how you set up everything but totally workable. A little pricey but that's AZ in 2022 for ya.
@reneedennis20112 жыл бұрын
This is a halfway decent 🏠. It seems more for a single person or a couple. I like the vaulted ceiling and they did a good paint job. However, that room without a ceiling fan is a deal-breaker. I would use it as an office, because it's too small for a bedroom. I would put some greenery in that backyard to make the house more hospitable. Anyway, thanks for the tour!

We are moving into a house out in San Tan Valley, AZ 3 bed 2 bath bigger than that house in the video and it’s $1,900 per month. It’s even cheaper than a 2 bed 2 bath unit in our apartment complex, those are running $2,000 per month and they are so small in a poor location. San Tan Valley is a gold mine in my eyes.

Some cities don't allow grass cause of the water you use.I've lived in Az.50 years and grass is very hard to keep green.We are in a water shortage too for a few years.So I think grass is not necessary.You can always put in low water plants in back yard. We share water with 3 states which I didn't know,so think about how to save water. Hoping this year we get good rain showers to help with the draught,more snow up north would help too we haven't had good snow for skiing.Think positive on more rain and snow this year. I wanted to mention you could put a full sized bed in both smaller bed rooms. I slept on a twin all my life till I left home.In the laundry room you could put a stackable in if you took out that piece of wood. I take the home is about a 1995 by the kitchen,counter and you don't have a lot of space. The bathrooms are not big but they look updated with toilets etc. Thanks for reading C.M.

Thanks for coming to the east valley again! I like the house for a rental. I wonder if the small rooms have those outlets where you plug in a light and flip it on with the switch? Disappointing though. In a small room it's better to have ceiling fans/lights due to space. Also, no life in that backyard! Not even a tree or anything. And no fan on the porch cover. But other than that I kind of like it. I also like that you could do your own set up in the garage for additional storage and things. But man, people are killing it with rent prices right now!!! I do not like apartments and we are actually looking for something. Can't find anything under 2K???!!!m🤔🙄😒🤥

Well your gasoline prices are still lower than here in the Philippines where, for gasahol, the price is about $10 a gallon - difficult to give an exact price due to use of metric system and currency exchange rate. Anyway, regarding these empty houses and apartments, how are owners able to afford that. One of the advantages to owning property is good cashflow. With no income, can't have much cashflow. I'll rent that work shed! Perfect for one person - tiny home!

The rental market right now is ridiculous, not sure how it's going to work out when the price goes up and wages don't. Plus, so many people have experienced some kind of hardship from the pandemic and can barely afford rent as it is. Soon we'll be living in gut-rehabbed boxes. On another note, I'm actually going to look at places today and this was a great reminder of what to look for as I always forget until I move in and realize I should have checked things like ceiling fans and water pressure.
