2:56 wow. Sounds like he's talking about trauma bonded relationships and how to break them. This is the in-depth information I've been wanting. Thank you!

It takes time but the peace and self containment is worth it ❤

It took me 7 years solitude and working on myself, first years was an empty space for me but since I started accepting and did Dr Joe's meditation 🧘♂️ I felt whole and whole and then I found my partner. I dared to be alone and then the magic happened. Even after I found him I was still a bit addicted to my attachment style then very soon by practice I started giving those chemicals and dopamine myself by meditation and feeling better and comfort by my own company❤

Thank you so much for sharing this. Because I completely relate to all of what you were saying, I've been living in a place of confusion, because for so many years, I was mentally and emotionally abused, I messed up. I'm listening to this. I've come so far and I'm a new person. But this gives me a lot of clarity in life. I really appreciate you sharing thank you

I relate to all of this entirely because when I conscientiously, and with much resistance spent more and more time alone, I was forced to learn these new ways of thinking and being and I was able to break that addiction because that’s exactly what it is. It’s not anything so much in the way you think it’s at your training your brain Without even knowing it to respond in a certain way and I have a understanding now of addictions to substances work very, very similarly. But my question is you cannot avoid all toxic people and situations and if you have to be in the presence of that which is not healthy can you learn while you’re alone to have a protective barrier so to speak around you and within you that no longer automatically permits yourself to be reactive in the old ways and patterns to that which is toxic.. It’s not possible to avoid it, but is it possible to be around it and still be able to maintain this new way and this new pattern of being in thinking that broke you from that addictive cycle?
