So my dad is disabled (im talking full care, cant walk nor feed himself) and seeing/hearing these supposed advocates for disability rights is just infuriating and hilarious. Sorry but where are these people to volunteer to assist disabled or disabled elderly? 22 years my dad's been like this and 22 years we've struggled to find help and assistance with him even with actual volunteer organizations and Noone showing up or them being short staffed... Agree. I have been a home healthcare worker ( many times volunteer) for almost 20 years. The agencies in my area can’t find volunteers and the starting pay for a licensed CNA for home health is only $9.00-$10 - Anyone can make more money working retail, food and beverage or even answering phones. This is hard work and it takes a lot of patience and care. It seems like the only industry that did not receive any sort of pay raise with all this inflation! We have to dive all over town to see different patients sometimes two or three in a day. Many people can’t afford to do this work. I’m so sorry.

I'm from Lawrenceville (ish) GA and almost my who family on my mother's side were/are nurses, hospital workers, the head of nursing, head of room cleaning, medical insurance managers, Firefighters, Physical Therapists EMS/EMTs, one of which was my cousin closest to me in age and he and 6 other colleagues responded to a dispatch for "an emergency" about 9 years ago, however the caller was psychotic and held my cousin and his unit hostage for what felt like to us his family 24 hours as we were all glued to the news in complete fear. Luckily(I can't remember how) I'm pretty sure that when SWAT broke in one of his colleagues had fired at him after others distracted the gunman and "took care" of him. Only a couple of shallow shots upon the emergency crew but I've never been so terrified to the point that just a few hours felt like days drawn out and feeling so helpless in the situation. So to see that "emergency responder" be so pissed about alleged "discrimination" from patients pisses me off to NO END and can just F**k off with their pansy a** for all that I care!!!😡

The same thing happened to Weird Al a few years ago when his Word Crimes song came out and he used the lyrics "you write like a spastic". It's comedy, and comedy is sometimes offensive. If it bothers you, I'm sorry that you're upset." He didn't change the lyrics, he didn't back down. He's a good artist, and he doesn't feel the need to please everyone, he just does his thing. Good grief, if you want to be offended these days, go listen to his song about Jerry Springer. He talks about transvestites with "problems they should work out", other weird sexual orientation ("I've been sleeping with your dog Woofy!". "Oh yeah?! Well I've been sleeping with your pet goat!" I used to want to be an actor for the stories and the impact films had on my life. I went to college for 2 and a half years as a theater art studies major. There were things that started to pop up that made me uncomfortable with the community and then 2020 happened. I saw all these people acting irrational and awful to people simply for beliefs, and I thought I don't want to become them. I miss theater and films the way they used to be and now I barely watch TV or movies, because they don't give me as much joy anymore. It's sad and I want to get back into them, but at this point there's no substance to get back into. I'm 22 btw, and 2020 was my first election and felt like it was you know. And I can't say it otherwise it might get taken down.

My kid continues to reassure me that most children are precisely cracking up and making fun of these idiots. The issue is the children that are mistreated at home and depressed or uninformed. it does say well regulated. if you get a gun included in the price tag along with your background check or two that you already went through you should get a safety course and a tech course. I am a former military member and a combat vet. I have friends that purchased firearms and they come to me to teach them basics. basic safety, how to clear a jam, uploading and downloading their magazine, weapon inspection to make it safe status, and how to break down and clean their weapon. and then I have to give them shooting lessons. Now I love my friends and am happy to do it, but they are the rule, not the exception. most people that go into the military have never handled a weapon before reporting for training. I don't think that it should be a requirement but it should be incentivized. I don't want law-abiding citizens hurting themselves or those they care for, I want them to hurt the bad guy with confidence and accuracy. love the show and keep up the good work.

I’m Australian (& disabled now) but growing up the word spaz was never derogatory. It was used when someone was being an idiot or clumsy. My kids also grew up using that word and I’ve never known anyone get offended by it. Just a thought. If teachers have a Choice to carry a firearm, this ALSO implies they understand they are volunteering to be a first responder to possible active shooters. If this is the case, it is very likely that said volunteer would already have some sort of experience with firearms. It is likely they do visit a range once in a while. You can take all the courses you want, if you aren't keeping up with that training, it's wasted with time. So I would suggest let volunteers serve their communities. A few nights a month for a few months for extra training for the events of different scenarios, ect. This 700hrs is ridiculous lol whoever wrote that up and agreed to pass it, don't want people defending themselves or the children. Clearly. I'll just continue writing on social media though, so that nothing in reality changes. Seems to be what we do now. They won a while ago 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️
