What do you think - is a panel of women judging men’s bulges on daytime TV harmless fun, or hypocritical? Let’s chat in the comments 🇳🇺

You're totally right, if it was guys sitting there talking that way about women they'd be top of the nations most hated list, cancelled, their life would be ruined. Feminism and equality have swung way too far. Imagine Clarkson and Peirs Morgan sitting saying they don't shag their wife's and judging other women on day time tele, they'd be hung in public 😂

If you knew Kim Woodburn in the absolute slightest, you would know she is extremely down to earth, very polite and always so so friendly and warm - that is unless someone goes after her first. It’s a shame because ‘loose women’ has so much potential and they have been a genuine support/comfort for a lot of women when it comes to certain subjects that have been too taboo for anyone but especially women. They spoke about stuff like menopause, pregnancy, parenting, sex, marriage, aging, menstruation and mental illness before it was socially acceptable to. They have brought awareness to a lot of important issues over the years. However there has been increasingly ridiculous topics/debates that have been provocative for the sake of more views, I doubt it’s their fault as they’re just doing their jobs by discussing whatever topic they’ve been asked to but the show can do better. @@butterflymoon6368 I fully agree, it’s bs that because oh it hurt your feeling and you don’t like it when women talk about men on the telly, yet women get comments like this on a daily basis via catcalling and harassment it ridiculous that they can call these women out for it

I agree with Jack but no one forces me to watch it. Many might not like Happy Hour (which I love BTW!) but then jack would say don’t watch me then!

100% agree, really never liked the show. Saw them do a show on men's mental health that just seemed really patronising and I'm a woman. But sexualising anyone openly is so gross

lol as an American, can we add The View to this list too?

It’s the exact same with Strictly Come Dancing - like the way Bruno and Craig comment on the male dancers bodies or when they do a sensual dance. Like if they were straight men doing the same to the female dancers, it wouldn’t be accepted whatsoever. Even though the female judges are sometimes complementary too, they don’t over do it- making the dancers uncomfortable

They touch on points and subjects that they should avoid as most of panel is clearly unstable. But what makes it worse is, they then have a phone in to bolster their uneducared opinions. Mental

I always got the impression that the presenters know how stupid it all is but they also know the majority of their viewers are also stupid and stupid people are easier to entertain than 'thinkers' so they go along with it for money.

If woman can judge men, then men can judge woman. It’s simple as that. You cannot have it one way especially in the age of Equality.

@@ticketyboo2456 Yeah but not on public television. Men don’t discuss women’s private parts like loose women do. Fancy having a programme where women objectify men’s private parts on a lunchtime show let’s imagine that the other way around and the nation would loose it.

That Janet Street-Porter is one of the most bitter, prejudist and obnoxious people on TV. Her unwarranted hatred for men is just sad. Denise Welsh, mutton dressed as lamb, the most evil smile you will see. Stacey Solomon, lovely, but as simple as they come.

Well, shit, lol, I've not seen this show in years, since my son was small and I was a stay at home mum, he's 15 now. I honestly blocked out the memories of watching it. Thanks for reminding me of the total double standards, the dire subject matters, and just how pervy these bints are 🤣 I'm so thankful to myself for stopping watching that shite.

I completely agree. They do help some women in one small part of their life but it is not worth taking tv time up for it. They also talk about and do the most ridiculous surveys, like who cares if you played the pregnancy card or what your word for toilet is. We have enough reality tv shows that are a waste of time and this one is going on the list.
