As much as there's a lot of this we still don't know, every time Beau says X-Men '97 is a show "I" created rather than a show he helped create with a team of others, it does give off a hint of arrogance and perhaps not giving the team their proper respect. With the accusations of repeated incidents of sending illicit photos of himself to staffers, being physically and emotionally abusive, and of assaulting at least one person, is it that arrogance that has DeMayo genuinely believing that (if he did those things) he did nothing wrong?

Regarding the Disney expo thing… He wasn’t there representing X-Men 97. He was there as a fan. So the whole “Disney must have okayed it,” speculation is nonsense. The registration for Disney expo is handled at the Disney level, not the marvel level. The logistics, including the registry database, are all subcontracted out. They use a third-party software for event registry, which feeds to an internal database. LBH, nobody from Marvel is checking that database to see if Beau is on the list of registered attendees.

Have you been living under a rock. Sexual misconduct in the workplace is not unheard of, happens all the time. Disney has over a quarter million employees, so I'm pretty sure they've reprimanded several for engaging in this kind of shit over the years.
