What's crazy is that some of our academy players are the solution for not only lack of technicality but also lack of physicality in our squad. That just shows how poor we are in those aspects that we have more strong, capable, athletic players despite them not even crossing their 20's. I hope 2-3 of these players have a solid pre-season and get integrated in the regular 1st team (bench) for the next season

We've mostly mismanaged our youth prospects especially in midfield. Ethan Galbraith, Dylan Levitt, Zidane Iqbal as particularly sad examples. Hope Willcox can fix that

@@danieledem4223 that's what happens when you mismanage players by sending them to clubs where they aren't needed. They hold on desperately to their dream of playing for United until they become too old and then they've lost it. Look at "preseason Pirlo" Pereira smashing it at Fulham. When we played them he tormented us. Do you know why he became good? His club trusted him, and he gave up on his dream of playing for United. The truth is we treat the ones who love us the most, the worst. Look at Herrera, another example. Don't defend the culture of waste we had all these years before INEOS. It's ugly.

​@@wolfswinkel8906i agree with you on mis management at youth academy, but in my opinion, those "mismanagement" are more on discipline aspect, you cannot just put andreas perreira as the example, you should realize the gap of the pressure at United and fulham are very big, even United fans themselves dont have any patience to step side by side with the academy players especially when they are in a "rough hard journey" to become realiable players, that the reality most of United academy players are mediocres and even below that level

No they can't. Oyedele has been massively mismanaged with shit loan spells and played out of position and I'm not sure with gore. I think we have better midfield talent in the academy.

Gore as a 10, mainoo as an 8 and oyedele as a 6. The future midfield at man united. I think these 3 should however be backup and provide depth to Mount as a 10, Bruno as an 8 and, hopefully we sign him, youssouf fofana as a 6. The combination of experience and youth would be ideal and save costs on buying multiple midfielders. By 2026, They'll maybe become starters.

Oyedele used to be as good as mainoo when they were 16. But mainoo flourished way above his peers since while oyedele has failed to play in his loan spells. He's also now being played out of position at cam in the academy. I don't see him getting a chance in the first team as even his academy performances recently have been lackluster (but maybe that's to him being out of position). And he's Polish-Nigerian. Won't be surprised if he chooses nigeria. Obviously Poland is closer and better for development in youth international games.

GORE is the answer for the when the team is going to be in block.. spraying passes but he too cant be a 6, those games play Gore + Mainoo/Oyedele with BRUNO & MOUNT diamond or mount upfront 3.. Lobing the analysis!!
