I'm certified in water treatment. We've been talking about this for at least 20 years. Endocrine disruptors/xenobiotics are an issue but there's no regulation to even look at it let alone treat it. Get a whole house filter and a reverse osmosis unit. It helps. If you can afford it, get a automatic water distiller made in USA w/ 304 grade stainless steel.

Epigenetics, it’s when your environment such as chemicals you’re exposed too literally changes your genetics. Certain genes can be turned on or off. This is what he was talking about when he said that the fish exposed to these chemicals pass those new negative traits onto their children even when they were no longer actively exposed to the chemicals. This is crazy stuff that more people need to be aware of. Awesome video as usual and keep up the great work!

How do you not become discouraged though? What's the point in avoiding coffees, sodas, and teas when apparently water, both tap and bottled, is just as bad for you? What's the point in avoiding beef and pork when fish is just as bad for you now? Why eat only fruit and vegetables when the water and fertilizer that was given to them is full of chemicals? Regarding people looking younger today - I recently found a picture of my dad with his friends when he was younger. I looked and thought they were in their late 20’s-30. Then he said that was taken sometime during university so they would’ve been 18-22. Maybe low testosterone is partly it but also back then (1970s) people spent WAYYY more time outdoors in the sun and most young men were chainsmokers. Both these things will make your skin look older. My dad regularly smoked multiple packets a day from the age of 13 as did most of his friends. Ive never smoked and don’t know anyone who smokes or ever has smoked regularly. Also air pollution especially in big cities was much worse back then too.

You may have missed this point made at 20:15. Testosterone makes effort feel good. This is true. When my test was low working out was awful. I just wanted to stop and go home. When I got my test levels high it’s like my body wants to work out. Lifting feels great. Even after a hard workout when I rest for a short time I feel like I want to lift some more. I’m motivated to excel at work and everything I do. Low testosterone will ruin a man’s life.

Testosterone has a lot of influence on this high PSA and so I was put infused with a testosterone reducing/suppressing hormone. I noticed the affects almost immediately. Lethargy, muscle atrophy, etc. So now I must WORK THROUGH my walking, weight lifting, etc. My sex drive is non-existent. Until six months ago I was a randy fellow. My wife had to fend me off hourly. As someone who had the fortune to know his granpas and (indirectly) his great-grampas, i can say that men were just built differently, back in the time. My grampa could carry 2 bag, of 50kilos each, filled with cement (he was a mason), put them on his shoulders and walk nonchalantly up the scaffold's stairs for 3,4 even 5 floors, in the freezing cold just like under the scorching sun. Even in his 70s i remember he had crushing strenght in his hands and could lift whashing machines. My great-grampa took part in the russian invasion, during WWII. He ended up in a soviet POW field, soviet soldiers had fun making POWs digging their own grave before killing them or just beating them up, sparing their lives for an other day. He managed to escape killing, during a night shift, a guard with his bare hands... After 7 years my great-granma met him at thier home's door, he was dirty and battered beyond the recognizable... he had come, form Russia on foot, to his home in Italy.

The birth control pill thing also wreaks havoc on women too. It messes with their natural hormones. Just one very small and somewhat mild example of this is that many women have a decreased sex drive because it increases their progesterone levels and actually "kills" their testostrone and estrogen too. Remember woman actually need small amounts of testostrone too to be healthy. There is so many other issues with the birth control pill too, some mild and some extreme.

Eat healthy wild caught fish, nuts, fruits, green vegetables, grass fed meats and lots of Organic pasture-raised eggs And other things which are healthy. I m an Indian so we cannot eat so steak because of our culture. If so then drink desi cow milk, Desi ghee (clarified butter), saseme or peanut or mustard or coconut oil (according to your region), take supplements of vitamins zinc, magnesium etc. Get sun light. minimum products use, get a non toxic soap. Use oils as a moisturizer and retha powder as a shampoo (i personal use it and results are great 💯) Avoid plastic at all costs Avoid synthetic fabric Do COMBAT sports Go to gym Run And take care of your health and follow the pattern of your eating, sleeping and everything Don't forget to make your bed

Good comment but I would take out the added salt alltogether, not only is it useless (outside of preserving food if you don't have a fridge), it makes your sodium levels too high, and "Himalayan" salt is just regular salt but with radioactive elements in pakistani mines. Avoid it alltogether, or use nigari salt (it's magnesium, not sodium. Most of us lacks magnesium but have too much sodium already)

There's actually a few other reasons why men looked like they matured quicker in the past and one of them was cigarette usage. As cigarettes and traditional tobacco products have been mostly phased out in favor of nicotine supplements (such as vaping) cigarettes were known to rapidly degrade cellular tissue and smoking causes premature aging. There's also more of a cultural shift as people begin to question the definitions of "Man" and "Woman" in a classic sense as economics, social climate, and modern thinking don't 100% align with the principles that 'once were.' There are some couples who have stay-at-home dads now, there are some couples who split the labor truly equally, there are more instances of homosexual couples, things aren't the same in that atmosphere. There is possibly some hormone-based chemistry going on right now but it isn't what people think it is, as the people causing the predominant supply of the issues are also very powerful. A while ago there was a big "phytoestrogen" scare based around soy products, yet when those studies were replicated the results were not conclusive to the proposal. There was also a concern about estrogen in drinking water from "morning after pill" yet the ppm of these chemicals was so diluted during water treatment it's basically negligible. The real answer seemed closer and closer to plastics, or the microscopic shedding of certain plastics. BPA was a big player in this and regulatory measures were swift once results were conclusive. BPA was a chemical used in manufacturing plastic which closely resembles estrogen and acts like estrogen in the body. It looks more like microplastic shedding, in the form of molecular shedding, is where most of these xenoestrogens are coming from. There is also a double side to this, as diets higher in sugar create a 'plump' physique and of course estrogen is naturally lipophilic and stores itself away in the fatty tissue. So high sugar diets give more fatty tissue which naturally means higher estrogen. When men don't have enough testosterone in their bodies they can suffer from a series of issues; weak joints, weak bones, slower mind, lower mood, higher fatigue, low sperm count, the list goes on and on. The last culprit is sedentariness, as physical exercise of any kind in men is how men create more testosterone naturally. So the larger culprits are actually closer to ()Sugar ()Microplastic ()Low Activity But you'd actually be reporting this properly if you weren't sensationalist.
@muhammadhuzaifahmohamedsal2697
@muhammadhuzaifahmohamedsal2697 11 ай бұрын
20 years ago there were people like you who instead of saying chemicals have no effect, they argued that plastic does not cause cancer and sugar is perfectly fine. They're the usual corporate shills. Move forward 20 years later, when the effects have been confirmed (because these studies have gone and surfaced waaaay back yet nobody believed them), every single corporation jumped on the bandwagon, pretended that they care, removed these products yet replaced them with other products containing harmful cheap chemicals. I don't think anything is sensationalist about this. Its no secret that more autistic children or children with mental/physical defects are being born in the modern age despite advancements in healthcare. There were also skeptics like you who denounced the idea of big pharma testing unsafe medication on the general public as ''conspiracy''. Yet, here we are. The truth has always been there. Food and diet is a huge part of our lives. It does affect testosterone production, the way our body grows and feels etc. Good quality food leads to longer lives. Cheap, processed food that is imbued with chemicals to maintain preservation and save costs, shortens lives. The only part I can agree with you is yes, the encouragement of a sedentary lifestyle is harmful as well.

You may feel like they are coming for you, in reality your lifestyle at its core needs to change. You can't live that comfy life and have the body and mind of a male.

Sure. It’s still possible to be a healthier man right now but you can’t deny that there is issues that aren’t their own fault. I can choose to become a healthier person by fixing my own issues it isn’t my fault that I had to deal with those issues in the first place. You can’t deny that there are issues that men face that aren’t their own fault. Sure, it’s still possible to live life to the fullest as a man but you can’t deny that it’s getting harder. All men should get their testosterone level checked, regardless of age. I was advised by a friend at the gym whose wife made him get checked because his sex drive disappeared. He was 43 and his testosterone was almost zero, even though he was very muscular and fit. The effects are very subtle and creep up on you.I use the gel packs once a day, or you can get a weekly injection. I had mine checked and started replacement therapy at 60, I'm 73 now.

@@MrRoscoAs a person who lives by a whole bunch of farms, has worked on a couple, and follows horticulture on a hobbyist level, we do this all the time?!? You cover the ground with a material to absorb sunlight which prevents plants underneath from growing and you punch holes through the material, then transplant your vines and trees etc so that they emerge from the hole in the material and you have an area where plants other than the ones you desire will find it incredibly difficult to grow.

@@MrRosco Yes you do do that especially in no dig farming, you can cover the field with a black tarp and the lack of sunlight kills off all weeds making it easy to plant a crop afterwards. Ideally, the tarp should be cloth, but obviously in most cases it's not, because money.

I think we can all agree that we need to push for heavier safety regulation here in the US. These big corporations don’t care about us or our health unless they can somehow profit from it. And they never will care if we don’t make our leaders change the way they operate. The level of disregard for the average citizens well being that our government and corporations have is disgusting, there is no time like the present to push for change.

The Sheeple wont do it, and the government wont allow it either. They will create distractions and give you more things to stress about on a daily basis. We are in Kali-Yuga, it's only going to get worse from here. " For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Remember this quote, memorize it. The evil in high is who controls the direction of this world during this age of Kali-Yuga, but only the ones who realize this and focuses on the heavens, and the supreme God of goodness; shall maintain their souls and see to make it into the heavens upon death. Never lose focus of the goal, the Devil works by trying to control you with temptations. Jesus was tempted for 40 days and 40 nights with the most enticing temptations possible, and he never gave in once because he knows the material world of this realm is NOTHING in comparison the pure greatness and splendor of the heavenly abode where God resides. Go learn more about Kali-Yuga my friend, this is your spiritual awakening. You may not understand in this very moment, but you're on the path to enlightenment.
