The most important in any new real estate development is building infrastructure roads etc keeping in mind the population growth in next 50 years in the area. Plus government should invest more in public transport like building metro etc or local bus services which will reduce traffic on the roads but government projects are usually plagued by corruption. That is the biggest drawback in real estate in India. Western countries don’t have infrastructure problems. They plan at least 50 years ahead of time

Bathinda has grown exponentially, even better than Mohali and new Chandigarh in some areas specially on Badal, Dabwali road

Aerocity, Zirakpur, Derabasi, Kharar & New Chd are the best example of an urban planners nightmare. Sorry to say but this haphazard development has killed the vibe of Chandigarh. Ask anyone who has grown up in this city. Doesn't feel the same at all. Irreversible damage done because of greedy builder-politician nexus. Things could have been done in a more systematic manner.

punjab me log abhi reh rhe hai ? mujhe jahan tk pta chla hai sare gaon khaali ho chuke hai, log canada ,aus shift ho chuke hai. gaon me street khali pdi hai. to mohali me kon shift hoga ? jis state me log hi nhi hai us state ka wazood jyada time nhi rhega...chitte ne sb khtm kr rkha hai, jo bcha hua hai wo IELTS krke bahr jaa rha hai. punjab won't remain punjab soon. it will become like pakistan jahan aaj bhi purani 47 se phle wali hweliyan khali pdi hai..yhi haal punjab ka hota jaa rha hai...gaon me kothiya hai pr banda nhi.
