to all the people who are saying that "your videos are also motivationals, why should watch your videos then?" . Just keep in mind, he is only a person who avoid us watching even his own content for the sake of our better tomorrow. No one going to do these efforts for us. We should count our blessings that in this race of world there is a person, who work for ours self betterment !

Every word this man has is spoken is an utter truth.I am really glad someone actually spoke on this issue. I have been in this trap for almost 6 months and I finally got rid of this in past 2 months. These motivational speakers don't even stand on what they say. I remember once attending a seminar of a person who was very fond of saying "Don't compare yourself with others" and suddenly he changed his statement to"It depends on the situation. If it is a competition then you have to compare yourself. " I do request everyone to please be cautious about these videos because you will find yourself being extremely lazy and without doing anything. I have suffered from this as I was not even able to attend college regularly and barely doing anything to grow myself when i was watching these motivational videos.

With tons of Gurus and Gyaanis, philosophers and self-help experts out there today, we conveniently fail to realize that if an action does not follow the corresponding preaching, all this effort will be in vain. How masterfully put @Mensutra!!! You are doing a heck of a job. I was a disciplined person and a life situation made me fall from grace. These videos are now uplifting and I'm trying to alleviate myself from all these afflictions. Thanks once again!!! I'll stay tuned.

As a superhero in training, I fully endorse this message. New habits done continually turns into momentum which eventually becomes discipline over time. Motivation is only a tool, a quick pick me up to use strategically to get your ass back to work. Once you've proven to yourself, through your results, that you're self reliant, you become an infinite well of motivation. Do the work, gentlemen. The rest will fall into place.
@Isaac-hg1ku7 жыл бұрын
so true. motivation is fleeting. its a feeling and men don't rely on feelings to get things done. we shut off our useless thoughts, get focused and get to work.

TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE IN THE COMMENT BOX WHO ARE SAYING THAT MENSUTRA VIDEOS ARE ALSO USELESS THEN. I think you didn't understand what he meant, he clearly said that all motivational videos are useless if you don't put them in action right after watching. If you watch for satisfaction then sure they're useless, you need to bring 'em in action, then they're beneficial. Hope you all get this. This MenSutra video can be related to most of the people, including me, but now the trick has been exposed which is to directly work after getting motivation induced in your veins. :)

Motivation gives you a start but habit is what keeps you going! I faced this issue in my life. Even after getting motivated, my determination to achieve my goals used to fade away and I used to go back to my previous condition which was spending time on Facebook. I knew I had to study but the urge to be on Facebook wouldn't let me do that. I understood that motivation is not enough to keep me going throughout my life, it's the habit that I need to build up and constantly analyse the improvement I am making in my life. The issue is we easily forget what we determine to do by watching motivational videos, if we can regularly analyse ourselves and think that a reward for improvement is awaiting us every single day rather than thinking that we're gonna be rewarded after we achieve the goals, we will be more energized and interested to do our tasks to ultimately achieve our goals 'cause we know a reward is waiting for us at the end of the day for our achievement..

I've worked hard the last 3-4 days but I notice I feel "down" last night and this morning. Instead of feeling optimistic and strong, there's a cloud of negativity and tiredness around me today. I'm afraid of wasting this day. That's why I'm here. OK, I'm going to make sure I get all my basics done and also move at least an inch closer to at least 3 of my 5 main goals. That will represent a successful day today and I won't judge myself harshly if I can just reach that before I sleep tonight. Thank you :)

You are 100% right man.I was doing this bullshit from last 15 days rather than working on my goals. One more thing happens after watching videos or reading books.You get stressed if you wouldn't get instant gratification. Many motivator says an average CEO reads 10-20 books in a month.But they do not mention or expose what kind of books they read. Example.Warron buffet use 4-5 hours for reading.But what he read nobody knows.I watched one of his interview,he said he read 5 newspapers, magazines etc.One point he need to notice, he read only those things that could help him in his investment business. One thing kicked my mind after watching your video.We should watch or read only those thing that can help us in our Goal achievements.
