then you have never changed oil box or how you call it (at the bottom of engine) at least for e39 530 that was hell, probably same is also for e46 xD

I replaced my speed sensor and the issue continues, any suggestions on what it could be? Still have dsc, parking break and abs light on.

You replaced the drivers side rear wheel speed sensor? Check the code if possible. It could be a connection/ wiring problem or the reluctor wheel (tone ring).

I'm having an issue with my E46. At first it cut one break sensor and switched on a break warning light. I didn't replace it, and approximately three months later the speedometer stopped working and then it switched the rear lights, hand brake, traction control, ABS, and master warning light. At first, there was only a break light. The mechanic claims that both break sensors are damaged, therefore I'm checking to see if replacing out the sensors will fix the problem.

2004 325i and yesterday i had an issue while driving i went over a cpl bumps and i felt the power cut out for a sec and my abs light and DSC traction control light flashed when it cut out. Its been normal since but im just wondering if this is the problem

I solved fixing the ASC button (my e46 is a 1999), the CAN signal brings speed signal to the cluster, my asc button was unplugged for some reason...@@5.43v

@@Rubenen there was a wheel speed sensor code. I had no speedometer. Other videos said it was the drivers rear. I also found in repair manuals (Direct hit) that it was controlled by the Left Rear.

Maybe you have a wiring issue. Or a speedometer issue. Do you have an e46?

As far as I know for the speedometer it’s just the left side rear. But if other ones are faulty it will effect the abs and traction control.

my whole needle gauge are dead, but everything on bottom cluster from miles km/transmission prnd/abs/check engine light works. what should i do ? do i need to replace stepper motor?

Same problem with KIA Sorento 2009. Although I have cleaned all abs sensors, the problem is still there. So better scan and replace.

I have a bmw 2003 530i and I got the trans failsafe prog light on my dash I already changed the battery when I scanned my car it gave me the codes P0500 which is vehicle speed sensor A and it also gave me P0600 my question that I’m trying to ask you is speed sensor A located in the rear left side ?? Also my abs and dcs light have been on the car since I bought it around 2 years ago any tips would be greatly appreciated thank you
