Something not many people talk about after having a baby is postpartum depression and it is real! I’ve recently learned that they have counselors for this now…only wish I’d known about it when I had my kids! The other thing that I finally learned is toxic talk isn’t helpful either so encouragement goes a lot better! I believe you have an awesome husband Ana as he seems to be sooo loving and supportive! For anyone it could be other family members or friends who may not be building you up and who are truly happy for you and instead want to tear you down! I hope this helps someone! 🙏❤️🙏

They try to tell you 6-8 weeks but that’s is so NOT true…be patient with yourself!!! My daughter is dealing with the same and her baby boy is 9 months and she’s just now beginning to get normal again but it not a quick process. You are perfect with a perfect little family🥰

It's a possibility not get the body before your pregnancy. But you don't have to worry. You will stay healthy because you do exercise and have an active live 😊. The body is changing during our life

How much baby weight you still got? Just by looking let's say 3-4 kg of belly, 0.5kg per boob and 1-2 kg budd...so 6-7kg, nothing wild. You surely get rid of it in a blink of an eye. For now let your body rest and heal and be Mommy ;) There are women who would kill for you body. Mama's and no Mamas ;) and you have just a great and sweet husband and baby.
