If you wanna alternative of a capital city then the Hingna-Butibori developing agro-industrial area of Nagpur fulfills the criteria. Hyderabad and Bangalore are no longer a small meteropolis infact they have become a large megapolis. So turning them into a capital may make them like another Delhi. New capital must need a relatively less settled area like Nagpur, Raipur, Bhopal.

Nagpur is the best bet. Else some small city in that range, Viz., Ballarshah, Adilabad, Nanded or Bidar can be developed. But once we decided upon that, The Govt. should ensure that the Capital should remain mainly an Administrative & Legislative Capital, Consists mostly of Govt. Officials. I would recommend the Supreme Court should be located away from the Capital. Administrative & Legislative Capital in Nagpur and the Supreme Court in Delhi with Benches in Kolkatta, Nagpur/Mumbai and Chennai/Bangalore. In the Capital City, we Should limit Business or Commercial investments.

Changing capital from New Delhi to other city or region is not acceptable. As because of it's history, infrastructure, popularity etc. We can overcome, resolve all problems through Mordern and scientific methods. Recently newly built Parliament Bhawan, indicates that government had well research decision. So, not in this century at least. It's not to do brain storming now.

I think building more SEZ nearby state capitals would take the burden of overpopulation. Shifting the capital is not a pragmatic solution in current scenario. Having more than one capital is more practical like South Africa.

Thats right brother... to increase importance of Delhi, GoI established all kind of economic activities as well as facilities there. People from nearby state started migrating there from 60's. If they had implemented uniform diffusion of development and facilities across the north India region and restricted over-settlement of new population around Delhi by proper town planning, the Delhi must have been much better today.

Because, already you know that New Delhi is very over crowded so if India shifts its capital then it could be either Kanpur or Jabalpur, so that it would be very easy for our government to administer the whole country, because of its central geography.

Take gurugram noida sonipat ghaziabad and include these under NCT, stretch boundaries by 20-30 kms. Make nagpur as secondary capital and start planned development and then everything will be perfect

What's happening in Delhi is quite inevitable. See it's like when there is a capital people migrate to that capital to get better opportunities in life as a result population increases, after that people settle and they buy vehicles for themselves as a result pollution and traffic increases And when there is a lot of crowd there is unemployment also so crime increases. No matter wherever in this world you make capital this is goona happen. What we have to do it is to control it and have some proper mechanism to tackle it rather than running away from it.

If India need a new capital, first we need one standard party to form government for a tenure under which capital construction can be done with keeping atleast 100 years future in mind, if new party comes into power there will a lot of changes in city planning, second a new place need in such a way where everything can be done from scratch, and precent existing City planning need to be changed with present time situation but many concerns both regional emotion and legal and other constrains are there which never allow to welcome changes to provide healthy and advaced city structure for all finacial households

After watching the complete video, inspite of shifting our capital we need to improve and make some strong plans to lessen the overall burden of "New Delhi". If we relocate our capital then definitely it is gonna cost so much and time consumption for developing a new capital city is not so easy. Judicial Capital should be in eastern India (kolkata/Bhubaneswar/Guwahati/ Patna) so that there can be better access to east asian countries which are very developed. And integration of northeast into India is indeed a very big challenge since independence I termed judicial capital as financially western India is much more well off than eastern India ,so changing that will be extremely tiresome . Legislative capital i.e. new delhi has already built a central vista ,so that investment will be lost Better build supreme court and military headquarters in East/northeast india

Instead of shifting capital, it is better to shift some offices away like Defense ministry to central.India., Railways to South, Finance ministry to Mumbai, HRD to Calcutta, etc. Similarly Delhi can move away congested areas like Azadpur Mandi away , depopulate old Delhi., etc. Movie industry more towards Pune than Muumbai, many manufacturijg units away from Central city.

2nd administration center in Nagpur. Delhi main seat can remain for international affairs and national issues can be handled in Nagpur. But if we go by this logic, southerm India needs another administration center. Bangalore is the ideal candidate. And then one more for east india. Patna/kolkata?
