Sir, neenga solrathu alf information at the best. We cannot make soapfrom glycerine. We can either add glycerine to soap or not remove the existing glycerine in the soap. Glycerine is byproduct of soap making with vegetable oil and caustic soda. In commercial largescale enterprises, the glycerine is extracted and sold as raw material to pharma and cosmetcs industries. Hand made soaps , glycerine extraction is cnot commercially viable (I think) so handmade soaps , espescially with covonut and olive oil, when properly cured to nullify the NaOH,are better for our skin.

Only coconut oil with glycerine soap don't keep ur skin moisturizer. Soap should be made up of many oils like olive, castor, shea butter ... that all the different properties of these oils and butter would help you to keep ur skin moisturizer even without glycerine . The by product of soaponification is glycerine. If you made with good oils.
