The tendon rupture risk is not directly caused by the steroid, its caused my the muscles getting strong too fast before the tendons can catch up so they tear when you lift too much weight.

I've been lifting heavy since I was 14, never got big but enjoyed great strength for the jobsite. Now I'm 60 and still in great health

I agree with the sentiment. That said, I don’t think people are going to be convinced by doctors unless they walk the walk. My advice if you’re watching this is to find individuals who have achieved high levels of strength and muscle naturally, as there are a lot of them out there.

Unfortunately peoples bodies react differently to meds/steriods. You get people who can do roids till 90years old, other people who gets sides within a couple of weeks. Just depends if your body can handle it.
