Please do the timing of the video. And the most important thing: the family doctor must at least once a year note the level of minerals, vitamin D and Calcium, Magnesium, etc. in blood tests. Because just taking calcium and vit. D because “that’s what everyone should do” is like the average temperature in a hospital.

Anecdotal evidence from a small sample of older women in western Oklahoma, showed that use of over the counter natural tears frequently throughout the day helped to reduce the floaters and flashes. I am surprised that the physician did not mention that.

Typical doctors, they never know what they're talking about but think they do. No, Wolff's law does not apply to bone strength, because you need a Minimum of 4.2 times body weight stress to build bone. Weight lifting only goes io 1.5 times. A gymnast gets 10 times from a dismount, which is why their bones test strong. Nor have they ever seen a case of vitamin D3 toxicity - they just parrot their misinformation programming. No, collagen is not 90% of bone; it is 35%, or 90% of just the organic component, which is 30% of total bone mass. Collagen is a large molecule that is not absorbed so it gets broken down into amino acids like all other proteins and reconstituted into all the proteins, including collagen, as needed. Get your health information from PhD researchers, not pharma-shill MDs whose primary expertise is boosting pharma profit. That's why the average (US) MD income is $300K yet US healthcare is globally ranked 27th in one study and 67th (for patient outcomes) in another. Canada is the same. Why is that? (Because it's an engineered scam)

I’ve figured a shower or bath, for breakfast have a banana, hydration is key! Isotonic drink, scrambled eggs on toast for lunch and soup or something for dinner and try and get a nap in also, works every time. But I always say to myself, never drinking again, then 2 weeks later I’m drinking again lol

Informative video! I have an MPN and must take 100mg of ASS Aspirin as my platelet counts are 850K and on a wait and watch for chemo drugs. I have had protein in my urine my entire life. I recently noticed the foamy urine and had a test right away. Kalium is at 5.7 it has always been at 4.8 until September 2024 it was 5. My GFR is 78 and Kreatinin 0.8 . I am worried that I have a serious kidney disease as I cannot stop the aspirin due to the Blood Cancer MPN. What do you think? Do I have early state Kidney Disease, really appreciate any answers. ( I am the wife writing this aged 65)

Celiac disease and gluten sensitivity affect your body’s ability to absorb calcium. So, no matter what you do to increase bone density, if you have a gluten issue, your bones will break easily. It took me 72 years to come to this realization

Greetings RLS people. Unfortunately, I am fighting the same battle as you. I've been having problems with my right leg for a month now, but by following some recommendations from a doctor or from the Internet, I managed to reduce or often cancel the symptoms. Now I will list here the tips that helped me and I pray to God that they will help you too: -Massaging the legs with an ordinary electric massager starting from the toes up to the hips (especially before going to bed for a more restful sleep); - Taking B vitamins, magnesium, C vitamins with zinc (initially 3 times a day, later reduced to 2 times, in the morning and at bedtime); - Gym, walking, running, any physical activity, stretching before going to bed and in the morning when you get up; - Eliminating or drastically reducing sugar from the diet (here I mean industrial sugar such as sweets, cakes, juices...); - Avoiding stress and boredom (avoid things that make you angry, worried, sad, fill your time with some interesting content, always be busy with something, spend time with dear people - personally helped me the most, probably something to do with dopamine... ) - Ofcourse, without God's help, all this would be useless...if I discover anything else, I'll let you know. I wish you all a speedy recovery from this annoying disease....

LET ME SHARE MY STORY. I HOPE IT HELPS SOMEONE: I just had my Tonsillectomy on 15th November 2024. My reason was a bit complicated. You see, i had Bad breath for several years (since i can remember as far as 2007 or 2009 there about) and never understood the source 😭. This was very frustrating, even after brushing, rinsing, gurgling with salt, baking soda, mouthwashes etc, nothing solved the issue. The breath was so bad it was even coming out of my nose while breathing 😔. Between 2023 and this year(am 26) i have been visiting doctors, ENT and other specialists to help with the matter however none of them seemed to know the cause. Then i did some research and discovered tonsil stones can cause bad breath and remembered that i have been coughing up 1 or 2 every month for several years ( not a significant number). Surprisingly, the stones were not visible on my tonsils when i checked in the mirror. However, I discovered that whenever i poked my right tonsil at the back of my throat, it really had a bad smell, like rotten eggs ( smelled like the stones themselves even though they were not visible at the back of my mouth, which was very confusing and concerning ) but the left tonsil wasn't smelly. I then did some more research and found out that tonsil stones can also be hidden beneath the crypts and flaps. UPDATE: It's 24th November. Day 9 after tonsillectomy and i thank God it's the best decision i ever made. Not yet fully recovered but the smell is already gone😮 I have my life back. Been living ni hell for 20 years-plus!😢😢 It was a decision that went against some doctor's advice that i should do other investigations to rule out other causes of bad breath. But i stood my ground that i wanted an elective tonsillectomy. I was desperate, also i had nothing to loose, i had already wasted a lot of time and money on consultations, X rays, Ct scans, Barium swallows, Endocrinologists. So i went for Tonsillectomy. Recovery is a bit tough not gonna lie but is manageable with pain meds. You should take painkillers every three hours and not wait for the pain because when it catches up with you it's not good. I took Ibuprofen and Paracetamol 3 hourly, with Tramadol Twice a day, especially at bed time and in the morning when the pain was mostly worse. Really worked for me during the recovery

First I want to say I watch and appreciate your channel. It is both informative and entertaining. One thing Dr. Weaning said during this video was the term "African-American". My understanding is that you practice medicine in Canada. Why wouldn't you say African-Canadian? It just seemed a little odd to me.

Because of some vertebral fractures from a fall on ice in my 40s, I was prescribed biphosphanates (sp?) , however was not aware they were using jaw bone to make new bone. Until I went to a dentist to have a tooth removed and they won’t do it as my jaw bone is too thin😮 😢Now I take nothing (terrible fam doc) Have had other fx of ribs, fingers, wrist, pelvis, and vertebrae. Hopefully 🤞 no more.
