I think the team now ranks second in the East in the power rankings for Coach/QB combination. They are very close to the Bills in a year or two if my crystal ball is not lying to me about how good Mike is, and how good is his new staff. They do need a lot of work to build up the roster though, and that takes luck as well as a good scouting job.

Mayo is the bridge coach in the same way that Pete Carroll was between Parcells and Belichick. Good guy, good coach, but the fit was never right for the franchise, players, or fans. New England doesn’t gravitate towards rah-rah feel good guys, we gravitate towards blue collar lunchpail guys who want to get to work and be miserable like the rest of us.

Seriously? You don't know football very well if you are worried about the Jets and Dolphins. Some people just don't get it. Yes they need to add talent, to compete with the Bills. If you think football games are won with a bs roster then stop wasting your time. I'll give you a hint. When YOU watch a football team play better then YOU will think the players are better. They are both equally very talented. Daniels has a coaching staff with direction and an offense built around him. Drake had absolutely none of that. You see the talent is all there tho. He had nothing ZERO to work with last season, let alone a horrid and divided coaching staff.

​@@kang7664Terry Mclaurin has had 1000+ yard seasons every year except his rookie year. Hunter Henry led the Patriots in receiving yards this season at 674 yards. In fact the two top receiving yards leaders on the Patriots combined only have 100 more yards than Mclaurin had this season.
