I get the chills that make my body jump, I feel tapping on my body like on my shoulders, legs,thighs, arms and sometimes I feel like someone hit me upside my head. I recieve all kinds of bodily, spiritual energetic sensations daily...and even crown chakra sweeps...stroking my hair. The chills are very common as are the bells and clunk clicking of permanent tinnitus in my ears...I recieve daily input in my left ear...this is like earthplane messages telling me 'Someone is left' wherever and wants to know what I'm going to do about it! But whomever is sending the message to decode I always know whom it's from. I'm often in isolation in my own company...but I'm used to it now. The chills are infrequent now, but goosebumps and itching out of nowhere is more than just my acute allergies! Spirit is around me all the time and have been since childhood. Hi, Ive been getting internal chills throughout my entire body for a very long time now and to the point where i cannot sleep at times and also that i cannot get a heat in my body for hours. I've also had ringing in my ears for maybe a little longer. I receive signs and synchronicities in various ways. I always talk to my dad who transitioned 5yrs ago. I have an altar which is both for my Dad and my beloved GSD. I actually talk to them both, and dont care who hears me. Is there any advice you can offer to reduce these intense internal chills. I like wearing my evil eye, chakra and star of David beaded bracelets everytime I go out. But on weekends I dont wear them because I'm home by myself. But for the past couple days I felt a feeling as if I had on a single bracelet on my left wrist. Your left side usually indicates that the strength of your ancestors has been awakened. Sometimes, it's a warning of danger, sometimes it's someone testing your spiritual strength, it could mean you're in the presence of someone very strong/powerful it could mean you're personally connected to this person somehow.
