WRONG .. Kraven wins. Reason: You mentioned it already with Kraven’s victory over Spider-Man who is far more powerful than a Predator. Spidey’s speed, strength, abilities & intelligence has enabled him to defeat enemies with far greater power than a Predator & has done so time after time.. and Kraven buried him. Great Video! Let me break this down mathematically. Kraven > Dutch > than Lieutenant Mike Harrigan. Kraven wins against Predator. Alien < or = to Spiderman or < or = to Hulk. Kraven wins again against Predator. The biggest advantage human beings have against Predators as proven in the movies in intellect. Kraven MUCH > Predator. Kraven wins again. That being said, if this was given the Blade 1 treatment, Kraven vs Predator would smash at the box office. Kraven is like the Punisher. A B tier character that could easily be A tier with the right treatment.

That really depends on what the spear is made of. There’s a reason why Black Panther’s suit is so notorious. It’s composed of vibranium. It absorbs insane amounts of energy. Projectiles and attacks don’t just bounce off it. The suit stops them dead. It’s not completely indestructible it’s just very hard to break because most attacks barely get the chance to even scratch it. The suit does have a flaw but it takes a lot to take advantage of it. Also Panther’s actual powers make it extremely hard to get the jump on him. This is the guy who’s managed to sneak on the Avengers. It’s going to take more than invisibility to get the edge on him. He’s not called Panther for no reason. Now T’Challa can be killed. He has no healing factor and his actual body isn’t indestructible or intangible but unless Predator’s weapons put off an insane amount of energy to overload the suit or it killed T’Challa before he managed to put it on either way it wouldn’t be easy to put him down. T’Challa is sort of like Bruce Wayne. He’s very skilled because he’s been trained. He’s been all over. If Predator’s weapons were made of vibranium themselves or a more powerful alloy then I’d see your point. I don’t know what material they are so if you know something about that feel free to share.

Cap’s shield has been damaged and even shattered on occasion. It just takes a lot to do it. Maybe Predator’s plasma caster has the energy needed but that’s a big maybe
