I agree. When I was 19-20 I knew that to get where I am today it took hard work, getting my education and trusting the process. That was 17 years ago, before social media was what it is today..and as it started to become what it is today I deleted those apps and focused on myself. Fast forward to today I’m exactly where I worked hard to be, I had tunnel vision, worked hard in my career and I’m thankful I trusted the process. Stop comparing your day 1 to someone else’s day 365.

Great video! I really resonate with this one in particular because as of recent, I have actually regressed in my physique and my mentality by rushing the process. I’ve gained 30lbs over the course of 7 months. I have stopped taking care of myself. All because I wanted to get ripped in a week. All because I wanted to make 100k in 2 months, etc. Social media is not helping either, as people seem 10x more successful and content than they actually are. Also, like you pointed out, young successful people are everywhere now, being advertised to deceive people into thinking that they can become rich in just a few months. Moreover, I think the hardest part is adapting a tunnel vision mindset and cutting out all the noise. With social media, your phone, tv, you are constantly bombarded with distractions that exacerbates your already messed up attention span. To speak for my generation(gen z), everything is against us at this moment. However, like you said, if you can widen your timeline for success from something that is created in a few months, to something that built on a yearly basis, successful is imminent.
