I don't know your age, but I can tell you, that I'm 20 years old, and still I experienced a bit of hair loss, very slightly, but not noticeable, because of shanpoo, stress, sun or other factors, but it grew back to normal. Sometimes some hair will fal, but will grow back a new one, the hair is also changing from time to time. But, in the worst cases, I've seen 16-17 years old teenagers with balding, and when I say balding, I mean severe balding, no hair in almost half of the head.

I started noticing my hair thinning in my late 20s. I'm 31 now. However, one potential solution I've found is Waterman's shampoo and conditioner as well as its serum spray. I've used all of those together since literally the start of 2022. After six full months, I've noticed that my hair is thickening as well as growing back. Even my barber recently said that he had cut more hair off the top of my head compared to the last time that he cut my hair. Which was three months prior roughly. Hopefully the progress will continue and more hair will be cut off again the next time that I have a haircut. 😀

its not the hats its the genetics and how you take care of your hair i use a hat all the time but and im 27 now and still have lots of hair but i try my best to take care of it and take vitamins and dont excesively wash my hair everyday just 3 times a week. Hats can harm you if you wear them super tight tho
